   Food arrived eventually, 3 hours late. Pashwari naan was rock hard and and could have been used as a plate. Korma tasted of watery onions, mint sauce was so old the yoghurt had fermented, prawn puree had 1 small prawn only and chicken tikka starter was so dry you could resole shoes with it plus tasted of just vinegar for some reason. Everything was lukewarm and was completely inedible. Avoid this place at all costs unless you have no taste buds, a very strong immune system and like waiting forever to eat

   I used this place regularly up to about two years ago and the food quality used to be good, but it has been going down hill quite badly - watery and no flavor . When I paid the bill it was more than I had expected, went back to the take away to question the price and the guy behind the counter apologised and gave me a £5 refund. Today myself and my wife thought we would give this place another try all to our dismay. The food has got worse from the last visit two years ago, I don't think the food quality could get any more worse but it has. £36.00 for a meal I might have just gone to the supermarket and purchased a meal from them with more flavor and not at all watery, and they are running the same con with over charging the customer and only giving you a refund when you question it. I wonder how many other people they are doing it to. SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE.

   Waited an hour and 15 minutes for them to say that the tried to come to our address However we have cameras they did not turn up And had the audacity to say do we still want our food after waiting all that time The RUDENESS they also had our phone number and didn’t contact us because you have to give them a phone number when you make an order and they was told when they was outside to ring even though we would see them on the camera!!!!!!!!!!

   I wish I could give a minus. Waiting ridiculous amount of time for it to be delivered. When it arrived we were unsure what everything was as it all looked the same. It was all inedible. No taste whatsoever. Watery, and absolutely disgusting. I'm unsure how you can even make food so gross. Threw whole lot in the bin. Awaiting refund.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

   The first time I used them my order was 3 hours late!! When I rang I was told it would be 15 minutes then my calls were ignored. I eventually went to the shop as I had paid through the app and he said he would cook my food now as he had not even started it yet! I gave them the benefit of having a bad day and ordered again a few weeks later. I was told my order would be 30 mins but after waiting 2 hours and making several phone calls the food turned up. I put most of it in the bin because it was cold and not good enough to eat. Will not be using then again.

   I should of checked the reviews before buying our curry tonight. Unlike other's experience my curry actually arrived on time which is surprising given it is a Friday night (Red Flag?). Our driver had no cash change, so what was meant to cost me £15 actually cost me £20. If he does read this I would of actually left a tip but the rudeness just left me closing my front door in shock. Not a great start to takeaway night Ordered a Butter Chicken that had more coconut chunks then chicken, our stuffed partha could be used as a Frisbee due to how it was just burnt and solid. The only thing worse was the customer service. At first I got told the curry is meant to have that vast amount of coconut in it. Then they will happily send me out another curry but I have to pay for it and ontop pay extra as a delivery charge as I haven't reached the minimum spend. Instead of getting defensive, I suggest they acknowledge feedback and progress as an establishment. However, their attitude to myself and the lack of replies on Google reviews suggests otherwise. Its now 10PM, and regretting not ordering with Asian Tandoori in Hackbridge. I won't be returning

   Would rate 0 if I could. Food is still yet to arrive and is currently 2 hours late. Was told it was 5 minutes away an hour ago. Think it's a safe assumption this food is going to taste like trash seeing as the customer service has been woeful. Avoid at all costs.
