We always love coming here. Super-tasty veggie South Asian food. Such lovely service! Simple decor. Modest prices. A real gem of a place.

The restaurant was quite nice and spacious. The staff was also nice and helpful. The food selection was good. We went on a weekday at lunch time, so the restaurant served a buffet. There were quite a few choices of curries and other sides. Many different sauces and spices. The price for the buffet wasn’t too bad either. It was good!

Visited this little Gem of a restaurant today for the most delicious authentic Indian meal I’ve had in a long time. The service from Moni was amazing and she was extremely attentive. The setting was a perfect backdrop for the mouth watering food we ate. Very reasonably priced vegetarian food. Must try the cholay bhatora. The most creamiest rice pudding (kheer) and aloo tikki chaat was delicious. All in all couldn’t compliment this place any more it was perfect

Ravi Shankar restaurant is a pure veg restaurant. We went to this restaurant for our lunch. I tried thali, it comes with a lot of items like rajma, kadhi, gulab jamun etc. It’s enough for a person to finish. Apart from that, we ordered Nan, Paneer curry and mixed vegetable curry. It did not taste authentic but it was okay. I would recommend anyone trying Kashmiri Falooda.

This Bangladeshi restaurant does not serve authentic indian food. Avoid this restaurant for indian food. Tried bhel puri which did not taste good at all and chana bhatura was tasteless. Bhatura was not fresh and was reheated bhatura which came folded like chapati, which was disastrous. How can you serve reheated and folded bhatura in a restaurant?? It is equivalent to serving wine with ice! Blunder. Overall food was appalling which left a bad after taste of food. Non-Indians may like the food because most of them have little idea how Indian food should taste and look like. This restaurant serves failed imitation of indian food. They have some weird rule that you have to place order for starter and main course in one go only. Probably if I had just ordered starters, and after tasting them I would not have ordered a main course. And this is Bangladeshi restaurant, not Indian restaurant.

Really nice tadkha daal to which I chopped up the chappati and mixed it in and it went down very well. The service was good and the restaurant looks and feels great.

Ridiculously good Indian food! It's all vegetarian but it's so good you would never know. Prompt service. There's a 10% service charge but it's London - that's pretty much standard these days. It's good value for money too, you can easily get a meal and a drink for £20.
