    Be careful, they’re quick to dismiss any claims on manufacturer warranty. I bought 3 pairs of shoes from here a couple years ago. One pair was the Armani shoes in the picture. I went to go claim that the strings that hold the lacing had become unattached. They became rude and dismissive and stated that the shoes were never from there. The manager also came and agreed. It’s not the nicest being called a liar when that’s the only place you ever went for shoes. They didn’t ask me for a receipt as just an FYI for anyone reading this - you don’t need one if it’s a manufacturers error, these guys just hoped by saying they never did them, I’d leave easily…. Very unreliable, hence the 3* they already have probably.

    Visited this week to buy my daughter shies ready fir school return. Greeted with a friendly hello. Nothing was too much trouble and we came away with shoes and a smile. Great service from both staff members

    Bought a pair of doc martens for my daughter at Xmas which were too large so returned then to the store. I wasn't,t able to get a refund and was given a credit note. I am unable to order another pair in the correct size and have been told that they would be due in in January or February. They still don't haven't had a delivery and they can't tell me when so I am very disappointed. Looks

    I visited the shop on Tuesday 16th when in Bury for business meeting. I'd popped in to the arcade to head to Boots Opticians and saw the shop. I ended up buying a pair of Dr Marten shoes that I am very happy with. The staff were great, even after an initial gripe about service on my part. My fault, I'd not realised the staff had asked me if I wanted help, and I missed this and ignored them. I then complained only for the staff to help, be patient and explain what had happened. Great shop and service, and at the end was asked if all was okay by the manager/owner who was genuinely concerned.

    Do the right thing by your customers Purchased some sandals and wanted to exchange them as they weren't suitable, nothing wrong with them. Unfortunately I had gone over your exchange policy by a couple of days, due to holidays etc. The guy in the shop was very apologetic but stuck rigidly to your exchange policy. Purchased 27/06/18 returned 27/07/18. Your policy has lost you a fare amount of business and best of all the item was only Β£30 Trade well.

    Went in today (Saturday) for a pair of shoes for my son. We were the only customers in the shop and asked for assistance twice. There were two staff in the shop and neither looked up. A third staff member came out and we asked him to measure my son of which they do not do then preceded to tell me multiple times that different shoes have different fitting and advised us to pick one and he would get it in various sizes. We immediately selected a pair and turned to ask to try that one. The guy just walked off , after a few seconds with no further service and yet still the only people in the shop. We left never to return and went to JD sport where the staff were friendlier a bigger range aand were actually cheaper. Never going back. Shocking customer service with what was a guaranteed sale.
