   Visited the children's department. Didn't have to wait long for the fitting service and the staff member was extremely helpful. Unfortunately on this occasion we were unable to find shoes suitable for my daughter with the options available in store but we'll be back.

   I popped into the store to return the shoes I bought and was in the queue behind a lady. After she's been served, the gentleman serving her (Graham) decided to just totally ignore me, avoid any sort of eye contact and walk to another customer behind me, asking if she needed something and helping her whole I've waited there for 10 mins l've asked if I could be served which he said he's helping another customer and he'll serve me after. No professionalism or respect whoever; instead I got served with a very grumpy face. Won't be coming back again

   Nice staff tho seemed very overstaffed for a Sunday, fitted us in for a quick school shoe fitting easily and without hassle. However my son has wide feet and they never seem to have any of the nicer shoes in his size in however we manage. Lots of choice of shoe for both girls and boys in the kids section and ladies and gentlemen downstairs. The thing that is a huge downside is there isn't disabled access for the kids department or a lift.

   I have wide feet with a high instep. Difficult to find shoes to fit. The lady who served me was very friendly, professional and did not give in until we found the perfect shoes! I will definitely return, very happy customer.
