   I wanted to buy some golf shirts for myself but was told I could only buy 5 . My husband was with me but was told he couldn’t buy any more and there was a limit of 5 items per group of people . Therefore , if a friend had been with me who wanted some of the shirts they would not be allowed to buy them . I was told this was shop policy by the assistant. I can understand 5 items limit per person but not per group of People . How does that make any sense . I don’t believe this assistant understood the policy properly. How does she know who is in a group ? How does she know if people have come to the till separately? It does not make any sense. Never met such a jobsworth in all my life . Customer service was non existent on my visit today and I won’t be rushing back

   Bargains galore, picked up some nice Tshirts, shorts and trainers at price that won't break the bank. Service with a smile ! many thanks to Ray for all his help he was the stand out member of staff on the shop floor. There is ample parking here as the store is up a flight of steps I'm not sure if there is a disabled access so call the store in advance to see if there is. Plus keep your eyes out for any sales that they run from time to time as there are some amazing price drops, HIT the clearance section for the clothes we were successful here with Tshirts and tracking bottoms. All in All we had a great visit and would highly recommend the Adidas Outlet Store.

   Got lucky and found what I was looking for but you got to keep on checking as the stock changes daily. Great place to buy youngsters as they always have decent stuff in for that age group and Great prices. Most stock is 30% off retail price . On my last visit I picked up 2 items that should have been £240 retail but I only paid £130 and one item was a pair of rare Spezials. Great place if you like your adidas or SPZL.

   Always hit and miss when you go, that's not the shops fault it's just a case of getting lucky and them having your size in clothes/shoes. Can go one week and there be nothing, go the next and you could walk away with literally hundreds of pounds of bargains (£100+ trainers for less than £20, wish I'd bought 3 pairs!). Worth a look if you're in the area, you might drop lucky!

   In the words of the great Genaro Gatusso; "Sometimes maybe good! Sometimes maybe sheet!" It's worth checking out if you're in the area as sometimes there's some good stuff at a very reasonable price. However, don't drive up from Exeter expecting to be guaranteed insane deals as you may be sorely, sorely disappointed.

   The gems are there! It's one of those places that's worth returning to on a regular basis as the stock changes all of the time and there are some real gems to be had. It's always worth speaking to the staff too. I was in this week and mentioned that I was looking for something specific and one of the staff disappeared into the back and came out with exactly what I wanted. Silly price too so a double win. Definitely worth a visit.

   I went today and I picked up a few items while in the a massive queue I seen they had a promotion of 20% off if you scanned the promotion on your phone. I wanted to ask how to do this while at the till but the server made me feel uncomfortable and did even mention the promotion or if I would like the 20% off if I did this thing using my phone.. I just felt like best not to ask and not hold up the queue won't be going again.
