   Not this store’s fault, but they were very unhelpful when a return of a pair of sandals went astray. They advised me to claim from the carrier they had arranged (Royal Mail), but after several weeks, Royal Mail told me that as the return contract was with the supplier, not me, I could not claim for the loss. I informed the store of this but got no response so I am out of pocket with no way of claiming recompense.

   returned a product but apparently it got lost in the post. Royal Mail says the company should claim back the money because they provided the returns slip .but the company refuses to do this so we are still trying for a refund. no help what so ever . proof of postage provided to them . very poor customer service

   DO NOT USE this company. The quality of good are poor and customer service even worse. Had my shoes 10 days and they are pealing already and when I went to get refund or replacement I was told they couldnt do anything!

   This company also goes under the name steps and hi_style on ebay, I purchased some shoes from this company and they broke nearly within 5 mins, I contacted them and they said send them back and we will return. I waited for weeks for a reply, no shoes and no refund, so when I phoned the company they made up lies telling me that they dont sell that brand on Ebay and I have the wrong company, I am still waiting for my money via ebay, its now approx 2 months on and am still fighting for my money.
