   Today I went in One staff member kept watching every where I went inside store behind me and my friend strange kept looking at us strangely made me feel intimidated Jd need to some proper interview when taking these people on because I shop their regularly like 1-2 a month and this new person just put me off the shop completely even though I have spent £2000 in one day at this store I don’t think I would like to go back their again jd Oldham fix up

   Security on edge. If I didn't look like a criminal I would've been alright. Bought a few items. Only thing is that they scam people by ripping off price labels or not even putting a price on the expensive items. The cashier will try to embarrass you if you ask for a price but that's how they are trained by JD. Otherwise great store. Not a lot of options available.

   Quite a small store which is packed with the most popular items. Often has some great sales throughout the store. Only 4 stars due to the fact staff ask you if you need help moments after your enter

   JD Sports are full of it. I sent a serious complaint to them requesting a response. JD Sports sent an email back informing me the complaint is being dealt with, and that their aim is to provide me with the best service at all times. But JD Sports is not providing me with the best service whatsoever. The complaint was sent in Dec 2022, we're now in March of 2023. I have sent several emails to JD Sports requesting updates, but each time JD Sports fobs me off with "they are still waiting for the response from the branch the complaint was made against" and they'll let me know when they get that and be patient......". It's disgusting how JD Sport has dealt with this complaint by not dealing with it at all. JD Sports does not value customers.
