The ginger 40 yr old fella that works here deserves a medal was absolutely brilliant and patient with my ADHD kids. Possibly the best customer service I've ever seen. . Explained everything that my daughter will need. Offered advice with insoles etc.

Just wanted to share how fabulous Yomi (sorry if that's spelled incorrectly!) in the Bury store is. I've been in a few times and she seems to be on shift when I go in. I wear a larger shoe size so finding footwear at reasonable prices in a preferred style can be somewhat difficult. In my last visit, Yomi went above and beyond, found every shoe in my size for me to try as well as helped locate another pair of boots in another store. Yomi is super friendly and genuine and deserves recognition! Thank you!
Absolutely Horrible Quality and Customer Service – A Complete Waste of Money I am beyond frustrated with the absolute garbage quality of these shoes. After wearing them for just one day during my 10-hour shift, I ended up with painful injuries on my heels. The level of discomfort was unbearable, and it’s ridiculous that a product priced at £50 could be this poorly made. There is no way these shoes are worth that price. What’s even worse is the company’s disgraceful return policy. The moment I realized how terrible these shoes were, I tried to return them, but the staff refused to give me a refund simply because I had worn them once. How am I supposed to know if the shoes are faulty without wearing them? The return policy only serves to protect the company, not the customer. It makes no sense that you can’t return a product after realizing it’s defective, simply because you’ve worn it. Are customers supposed to predict the poor quality before trying them on? Now, I’m stuck with these cheap, substandard shoes that I paid £50 for, and I can’t even get my money back. This entire experience has been infuriating, and I feel completely ripped off. I can’t use these shoes, and I have no idea what I’m supposed to do with them now. The company’s lack of consideration for their customers is appalling, and their return policy is a joke. If you’re thinking about buying from this place, save yourself the headache and your hard-earned money—go somewhere else.

I have visited the store in Bury today as I needed to return a pair of my Grandson's shoes that had developed a fault, I was served by Amy who handled my issue brilliantly, she was clearly knowledgeable about what she was doing and expedited the transaction confidently, politely and efficiently. It is very easy to complain when you come across bad customer service but I feel it is equally important to acknowledge good service, having staff of this calibre in the store makes it stand out from the competition and makes it a pleasure to visit.
