   If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!First we've been to loads of JDs trying to find nike shoes and nowhere has them in juniors so we called here and he said he has them in 4 1/2 and 5 and we get there and they don't have a 5 only the left foot after they said they will put them on hold for us after we just tried Handforth but no luck.Very dissatisfied.

   Jd Sport is suppose to be a high standard brand however my experience with them has been far from standard! I brought a Nike sneakers from them about a 3 months ago and paid £195.00 to be exact. Having brought this product previously I expected it to last year without all the threads coming undone and the material pealing off. I decided to go into my local Jd store to see what they could do about it and wow what a experience this was! Having to wait ages to be seen by a staff member to then being treated differently to other customers who were actually purchasing an item on the day. It was just awful! Anyways I was told instore that they need to do inspection and I would hear back from them within 2 weeks to see what they could do for me, it was over 2 weeks and I hadn’t heard anything from them so decided to give the store a call again and was told I couldn’t speak to anyone as manager were busy and that I would get a call later on that day which of course I didn’t so the next day I called again and again I was told the manager I need to speak to is busy currently and that she would call me back. Eventually she did call to tell me in rude manner as she tired of me chasing for her and they couldn’t do anything about it, as its not a quality issue. How can you pay such an amount for a sneakers which is rarely used to have it fall apart a 3 months later, I have Nike's before and have never had this issue before I had my Air Jordan's for a good 5 years and its still going strong, so how is this not a quality issue on their end? Definitely wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them as you are literally throwing your money down the drain

   Every time I come to Cheshire Oaks I always make sure i call in here. Its one of them shops if you catch it on the right day you can grab some bargains. I was looking for a pair of thick black leather gloves to go with an overcoat that I had recently bought. Once again Ted Baker didn't disappoint, I purchased exactly what I was looking for a thick pair of quality black leather gloves, money well spent.

   Very well stocked but sometimes makes it hard to find what you're looking for. Staff not always available. Great selection of clothing, footwear etc not just sportswear; sports equipment, team kits. Staff not always available, some are extremely helpful while others are less so. Basic returns policy & makes it difficult if wrong item so I only buy when specific item needed.
