   My son, his girlfriend, my daughter and friends ordered food from here on Saturday 15th of March 25. We have been ordering from here for years and never had a problem until Saturday. The chicken was pink inside, the chicken curry was like jelly and the rest of the meal had a weird taste. The whole lot went in the bin. My son politely called them and a young woman answered. He expressed his concerns to her and was laughed at down the phone. She was extremely rude and then talking to her father the owner in chinese and they were both laughing which got my sons back up. Looking at previous reviews we are not the only ones being served RAW chicken and terrible food. When my son said he won't order from them again she actually said " we don't care" If people sell food and cannot cope with a problem then they should not own a business. It's absolutely disgusting. It sounds like they should close down or get someone who can cook. No wonder their ratings have gone down. We will be telling family and friends NEVER to order from this company again.

   Ordered here countless times a month for years, never had any big issues and never once complained, however we ordered our usual yesterday and it was awful. The chowmein was half empty if not less . The sweet and sour was ALL veg, only 5 small pieces of chicken and a small layer of sauce. The crispy beef was roast beef not crispy. Rang to complain and the manager was vile in the background, got told I’m lying and I can only get 20% off my next order. As a Loyal long standing customer I’m shocked, my food is NOT good enough, not what I paid for and I’m fuming!!!

   been a customer of this place but after the treatment and service I got tonight I won't be back! Served raw chicken to me at 6 months pregnant. Rang up to complain as I have the right to. No swearing or threatening language was used when I complained, just that a £6 refund was not good enough considering how serious it is and I come the from the far end of town. Finally go in to collect a full refund which I should be owed and was ganged up on by the chef and a English woman telling me how I made the 13yo girl over the phone cry! He slammed the money on the counter at me and stormed past me in a threatening manner. I've left the shop absolutely gob smacked. I'm left shaking angry and feeling like I've done something wrong when in fact I just rang up wanting a refund. I wouldn't have left this review after a full refund but the way I was treated was disgraceful. You should be ashamed of yourself. Im sorry to the little girl but maybe start hiring children of age to work for your establishment equipped to deal with serious food safety complaints!

   Lived near Happy Valley for many years and of course had lots of take outs. The food is always very tasty, hot and well packed. The staff there are very friendly and polite. I would defiantly recommend you try.

   I've used this particular takeaway on and off since 1995 The quality of food is always excellent and well prepared. Though one used to get rice or chips with the curry as part of the meal, of course paying for extras. Still a recommended place for all to enjoy. Fast delivery service too! Order or go in today, or even tomorrow.

   Why it say u are open and u are closed I rang up for an order for just gone 10pm and I was there before 10pm and u had closed now I am left with no food after a night at work thanks

   Ordered from here a few times and every single time they tell you how long it will be and then after double that time i call and ask were it is as they say oh 15 more minutes , a delivery that i was told will be 30 minutes took just over an hour and a half and even had a meal missing , there attitude on the phone is disgusting and just make excuses and then put the phone down on me , thats the last time i will order from there!

   Had to wait over an hour when I called to see when it would be delivered I was told to wait another 20min not happy so canceled order The driver then arrived 10min later I said "it's been over an hour" she said sarcastically it's not my fault" I replied I know but the order has been cancelled at this she bounced off I then get a call from the little lady who took the order telling me "not to take it out on the driver when it's late" and hung up I rang back to get the runaround the manager not in the manager busy then another girl claiming to be manager asked me to hold so I held 10min to be hung up on WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN IF LAST ONE ON EARTH
