Really excellent service for the Click and Collect. I called the shop with less than 5 minutes remaining to close, not only was my call answered but the staff ensured they have my order ready so that no one is delayed. Big shout-out to the guy who handled the call and delivery. It should be appreciated that most would not have bothered to pick up the phone let alone handover the Click and Collect order this close to shop closing time. Kudos to the great attitude and service. :)
I enjoy walking. I had bought walking/hiking boots from other places, but on reading the most positive review in the Which? Report, I decided to replace my fading ones with the Clarks walking boot. Like many, I remember Clarks being identified as the sensible shoemaker... So the product - first impressions are most impressive - lightweight, comfortable and stylish boots are spot on. If they remain so good after regular use, then my next pair of walking shoes will also be Clarks. Regarding the shop - the lady who served me was impressive. She checked the fit of my pre-ordered boots, answered questions well, and allayed my concern that there was very slightly more toe-room than in my existing boots - doing so from an informed view rather than a sales pitch. Product and shop recommended!

The service we had from Dave the manager at the weekend was fantastic. We had a problem with some school shoes that he replaced and gave us a discount on new the shoes as they cost more. I was really pleased with how they dealt with my problem.
Very helpful staff - shame you have to struggle up a flight of stairs carrying young children.
I was Very disappointed when I took my daughters faulty shoes worn for only 6 days back into store for an exchange and was told there was nothing wrong with them. The manager gave me a number to call but was on hold for over 20 mins. Won’t be returning.
Very helpful staff, looked at all the sizes of the boot I'd choose. She made sure it fitted properly and assured me they where leather. Once I was happy payment was quick and easy.
Went to Altrincham store to buy some waterproof boots or shoes. Male shop assistant was very helpful as couldn't see anything l liked but he showed me different ones that were not on show. I bought them & they have been great. Very helpful.
