   I did online shopping because Ican't required thing in store. One of work help me so stuff aregood too. Super quick service.love the quality of the stuff. Charger of the delivery's are little heiger. Hope they will work on it.

   I know that JD is known for hiring inexperienced staff, but this store really is the worst. Half the time the staff stand at the door judging people as they walk past, giving dirty looks, including and especially the managers. When I’ve actually been in the store there is only ever been 1 girl who’s polite and helpful, and if it was up to me she would run the store. The rest of the staff make it obvious that they don’t want to be there or help you. I don’t go to this store anymore becuase the energy inside is so toxic, I feel judged looking at clothes.

   Rudest employees I’ve come across in my life. They need to teach them customers services skills as all they do is stand and talk and expect customer to come to them. Have no sense of respect and how to speak to customers. They act as if there not getting paid or someone’s making them work. Need to learn to put a smile on there faces. If you don’t like your job then leave it’s simple as why are you working in a place you clearly don’t like.

   More staff than a supermarket but you still have to have to search for help. They don't actively look for customers in need as they prefer to chat about I'm a celebrity and what flavour pot noodle is best. They also have offers on that don't match online items. They'll claim the item online is a different model when it is not. JD sports needs to do better to survive.

   I go to jd sports when I'm looking for a pair of 95's, because they seem to have a good selection of the new colours. I also go for the deals on t-shirts n'stuff like that.
