   Service was not even bare minimum, did not hear a single please or thank you the entire interaction. Monotone voice and seemed annoyed that I was even there.(always polite to customer service staff as I know how brutal the job is) I asked politely if they still did student discount and was met with “we don’t do student discount.” in a very condescending tone, as if they’ve never done it before, even though I’ve got discount from here many times, and Google literally says it’s available. Very sad as the staff who worked here before were always so kind and friendly :(. Completely understand the job is tough but just plain rude when I was nothing but polite

   Last 2 times I’ve ordered a cheese quesadilla from here cheese has been completely unmelted. Today at drive thru I politely asked if they could cook for extra time. The lovely guy said sure they’ve been having problems with their grill. Paid at window with a surly ginger haired man. When order came I could feel it was cold through the bag. As there was no queue behind me. I mentioned my request and checked to see if the cheese was cooked. Again it was completely unmelted and cold. The guy was so rude when I asked it could be reheated and stormed off in a huff. He returned with no hint of an apology but a slight smirk. As I drove off I discovered the quesadilla had been completely crushed - perhaps his idea of a joke. I don’t want a refund - but want to let u know your staff are letting the brand down.

   Abysmal. First Taco Bell experience and felt like I'd been mugged out of £25. Cold, soapy tasting limp food and an atmosphere like a desert. Avoid.

   Best Taco Bell I’ve been to, biggest and cleanest, with the most seats and even a drive through! Good staff. Tasty food as ever, by far the best fast food chips that exist in my opinion.

   It is quite empty because there is a lot of uber eats and delivery. But, the staff were very friendly and professional. They explained the menu to me with patience and knowledge. The drinks are a nice variety. The place is fairly clean.

   Love the food and the service is always great. The reason for 3 stars is because my daughter and her friend went there in the evening and no one could eat inside due to maintenance or something so they had to sit outside when it was cold and dark to eat. Best to go if you have a car!

   I've only ever been in the US taco bell so this was a little different. Good service and food cooked fast without more than 10 minutes wait at the busiest time of the day. Can't really fault it. Notable American style touches of the 'restrooms' and the unlimited one size soda. Not the same as Orlando, but if you know Mexican food, you will enjoy it.

   Never had a Taco Bell before, and was recommended to go by a friend. Very glad I went and would happily go again in the future. Only tiny issue I had was the staff were quite impatient as I had never been I took a bit of time looking at the menu and wasn't sure what I would like. Only a tiny issue, but shouldn't really be rushed, (especially since there was only a few other people in the restaurant which were also looking at the menu).

   Fast service. Clean. New. Bizarrely no hot drinks but did sell beer (Corona) with meals. Reasonably priced. I must admit the food wasn't the best Mexican I've had but this is a chain fast food outfit. Parking well thought out and disabled access is present. Worth a visit for the one off novelty.
