   Staff is very unpleasant, like they are working for free or absolutely hate their job. Especially short girl with long blonde hair. I had to abandon my shopping because of their rude attitude

   I didn't catch the employees name but the clerk number is 008, he helped us out massively with an exchange that prevented a lot of hassle for us, great service and customer experience from the very helpful staff member.

   I would give 0 but I can't. Never order please to shop, service is very poor and useless - at 10:26am I've received email from courier that my parcel is at store, overweight lady said NO, I've been there past 2pm. Then I'm back later, another girl helped me. First one tried to keep my parcel. Pathetic..... With point is the same, never updated on JD Status when you leave till and try to add from receive at home.

   Shambles. These guys need to hire Abbey from a couple yrs ago bak. Staff dont know what they doing. Dead unprofessional. Rude. Abbey used to turn the music down when our autistic son came in and was dead patient with him. These lot looked at me like I had two heads when I asked them to turn it down for 5 mins we would be in shop

   Good sized store with lots of variety, quite busy but plenty of staff on hand to help. There are only two tills available, but if you were happy to have your receipt via email then they had a side till to use, very helpful when busy. Helpful staff, polite and not overbearing

   Went in to enquire about a parcel that had been sent to their carrier (Evri) but had not been delivered to my home. The assistant immediately phoned to track my parcel to be told it had got lost but she arranged for a replacement straight away. Had message the next day to say my replacement had been dispatched

   Love that they have reductions on items regularly. Pleasant and friendly staff, well spaced out. Prices are a little steep on the more well known brands but otherwise I'm a regular customer.
