   Ordered at 7.56pm. Uber eats said latest delivery would be 8.40pm. The restaurant then changed the delivery time and said it was running late. I rang the restaurant to ask where my order was at 9.42pm, I was told the driver left 5 mins ago (I live less than 5 mins away) so I say ok and wait. Food arrived at 10.24pm and was cold and soggy like it has been sat for ages. Will not order from here ever again!!

   Great portion sizes... Good and Hot when delivered.. VERY TASTY STUFF... I got the set meal for 1 last... Sweet and sour Chicken balls, crispy wontons.. With Chicken and Green peppers and Egg fried rice... Fantastic... Perfecto Had the Double Happiness too before... VEEERRRRRRY good stuff.

   I ordered from here tonight and the food was absolutely delicious. I had tofu in black bean sauce, a vegetable curry. Chips and curry sauce, boiled rice and spring roll. The vegetables were nice and soft tge success lovely and sweet too., you always get lots for your money too . I highly recommend this place. Despite they forget to give me my cans of coke before it closed the delivery guy came back and said he brought us some from the local garage which was lovely of him. I've never had a problem with this place

   This has been my go-to Chinese now for about 2 years. I've never had any complaints. Service is pretty solid. Good lad, always up for a quick chat while ordering. Typically, I stick to the beef chow mein, as a preference, and it's a solid choice. I've also had a chance to try their chicken and noddle soup, small spring rolls, prawn toast, and double happiness... which is an insane portion. It's definitely worth the money spent. I'd say you should give it a go if you get a chance. Good, quick food.

   We’ve been ordering from Ruby Garden for almost 10years, recommended it to friends and family who live locally. They used to do a starter called bang bang chicken when I first ordered from them, chicken and cucumber in satay sauce. I was really disappointed when they removed it from the menu but after the update they made it for me one last time. It was my favourite dish and I’ve never found it anywhere else. Their other dishes are great too, especially the chicken and pineapple fried rice

   It really wasn’t nice. Undercooked chicken that was randomly cut, I had to throw it all in the bin. Sorry, but I would rather pay more and get better chicken than deal with this

   POOR service and rude staff ordered through Uber eats and it came up saying that they were not able to deliver to my address, so we ordered food from elsewhere and then ruby garden phones me saying that the food is on the way and they have taken £30 and cannot get it refunded and when calling them to tell them we did not complete the order because we weren’t able to and they put the phone down. Rudest people We’ve ever spoken to.

   Avoid like the plague! Rude staff! 2 hour wait time. One delivery driver doing runs all over Birmingham. Order from somewhere else!
