Visited the Next store at Lowry Mall, and I was quite underwhelmed. The collection is very limited, especially compared to other Next branches. There’s not much variety in sizes or styles, and several shelves and rails looked like they hadn’t been restocked properly. On top of that, the store was quite messy and disorganised — clothes all over the place, items not folded, and a generally cluttered feel. It made browsing difficult and frustrating. For such a big retail brand, I expected a cleaner, more inviting shopping experience. Staff were polite but seemed stretched thin. With a bit more attention to tidiness and stock variety, this location could be much better.

Good prices, pleasant staff, but NO FITTING ROOM. So I put all the clothes I had chosen back and went elsewhere! They need to switch it up, or it will become another empty unit.

If you’re in Media City this shop is definitely worth a visit. It is an Outlet store so you will see some of the clothing you’d find in the bigger stores on the high street but much cheaper. I am happy to say they usually have my size too which isn’t always the case in outlet stores. I have put a couple of photos up but they don’t really do the place justice. If you’re in Media City it’s worth popping in even if you’re not looking for anything in particular because there are loads of clothes here. The staff are unfailing polite and helpful and there is a car park attached to the shopping mall here. Thanks for reading

They often have great sales here. Next outlet is on the ground floor in The Lowry Outlet Mall in Salford Quays. Anything you buy here can be returned in any Next, whether it is an outlet or not.

Great deals! 4 stars because some employers are not very friendly.

What a dump I came in the other day was shocked what a mess it was in will keep to the main stores I did come here specifically to see this outlet I have never been in it since I have been again I also think the space for the store is to small that's hbit is so cluttered there is no room to move between the aisles it just looks a scruffy store and someone has put a review to say no changing rooms omg I can't believe it so you would have to buy something and try on in marks there are a lot of vacant lots I think it should be moved

Bought myself an amazing dress from here , discounted for my mothers retirement doo I'll finally get to wear it this summer. Rummage through the sales and you'll find some amazing prices, amazing one off designer brands and more. No changing rooms I think in this one
