   Waited over 2 1/2 hours for a takeaway, then phoned them a few times and was told 10 minutes each time and they were busy. After 1 1/2 hours said it was delivered, but they do this so you can't cancel, but then I had to get in touch with Just eat for refund, joke. So ordered from another restaurant on Uber eats priority, so 10 minutes got me food, then 15 minutes later Radhuny guy turns up with food, he I was gonna tell him where to put it but just said bluntly we got our food elsewhere and take it back. Don't ever use this place, customer service is non existent

   Ordered a curry a few weeks ago and found sharp bits of plastic in my nan bread & onion bhaji, chef & manager came to our house to look at it and told us it was impossible to have come from their kitchen ( after we had called to complain on the phone and were called liars) anyway, they offered a free main curry next time we ordered which we accepted as it could’ve just been an accident however after reading the reviews on here it isn’t a one off. I would avoid. Very poor customer service and not sorry at all

   Ordered a curry, rice, bombay potatoes naan bread for delivery and found 5+ multiple sharp pieces of plastic in my food. Not just a one-off mistake, but literal choking hazards embedded in what was supposed to be a decent meal. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they didn’t apologise. Instead, they denied it, then casually admitted they don’t care about reviews or food safety. Their attitude was as disturbing as the plastic in my meal. If you're wondering whether to eat here: don't. Unless you enjoy risking your health and being treated like you're the problem for pointing it out. Places like this shouldn’t be allowed to serve the public. I’m genuinely shocked and appalled they’re still in business!! Let’s see if they still don't care about reviews.

   Absolutely awful experience. I ordered chicken tikka main, lamb dansak, pilau rice, garlic naan, and chicken biryani — everything arrived stone cold and completely tasteless. The food was so bad it all went straight in the bin, a total waste of money. On top of that, the boss’s behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no respect or care for customers. This place has no quality, no service, and no manners. I will never order from here again and strongly warn others to stay away from this restaurant.

   Delivery takes over an hour and a half and they always mark it off on the app as been delivered. You then have to phone up to be told told it will be another 5-10mins it’s happened 2 weeks running now the food turns up Luke warm. Will not be ordering from them anymore

   Ordered paneer Bhuna with tandoori roti couple of days ago . Paneer gravy was tasteless and roti was not chewable. Pathetic food.

   Did a Deliveroo order with Radhuny last night. We ordered at 18:30, estimated delivery was 19:20. By 19:30 I hadn’t heard anything, no tracking available so I called to just get an update - was passed between two people, a rude manager and the female who answered ‘what do you want’ when she picked up, was told ‘give me ten minutes, they’re just cooking it. We’re busy’. By 20:00 I still hadn’t received our food, I called again, the same female picked up and kept having to put me down to find the manager, she came back and said ‘oh it’ll be ten minutes’. I explained I’d heard that half an hour before and asked for an ETA, she asked what ETA meant. Eventually our food turned up 2 hours after I had ordered, with broken poppadoms in the bag and one of the saag’s had leaked slightly. Very disappointing. Impression I get is they prioritise phone orders and leave the online ones to the last minute when you chase for them - highly unlikely to ever order from here again

   I have been trying various Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi restaurants in the area and more often than not one thing is good and the rest is not. Today I placed a large order with Radhuny and the pickiest amongst us couldn't out her fork down. I won't say it's straight out of Delhi but I will say everything we received was tasty so if your in doubt try it out.
