   I visited today with my little one who is just 4 years old. As I was looking for shoes my daughter was just walking around and touching shoe boxes. Suddenly an old lady appeared and scolded her without any reason. She started crying. Such a bad staff who don't even know how to behave with kids. My daughter is so scared now and kept crying for hours. Such a bad staff.

   I Visited Oldham store few times and each time i was assisted by Darren Murray. He has excellent customer service, so attentive. He listens to customer request and goes the extra bit to help and support my request. He found what I was looking for by looking online on shoeszone website and then tracked shoes in back stock room where as others would simply say sorry not in store/stock. He has a caring attitude with " I'm happy to help"outlook and nothing is too much for him. Each time i go to store i look for him and if I can't see him I feel disappointed as often walk away with the aim to try some other day. I'm happy to travel from Ashton to Oldham even though Ashton does have store all because Darren Murray provides such a nice service..he's great asset to company. He needs recognition for his helpful and friendly service. Thanks Rita Patel

   Visited the store for some sandals but they didn’t have my size asked the male assistant had they any more was told all stock was out but he promptly offered to check the next day delivery unfortunately none were available. He then informed me he was able to order online for me and I could have them delivered to my home the following Monday so I went with this . Friday doorbell goes and there are my sandals. All I can say is I received brilliant customer service from this gentleman and his female colleague will definitely be going there again.

   I went in to purchase boots that I ordered online as a gift but they hadn't arrived and the tracking wasn't updating. Darren heard me telling an assistant and straight away phoned customer service for me and arranged for a refund. I was not expecting it and was so pleased that someone wanted to help as I tried live chat to be told wait another 48 hours. The service Darren gave was amazing, you don't find that at many places now unfortunately. Shkezone you are lucky to have him. I will certainly shop at Shoezone more as a result of my great experience today. Thank you

   Visited today with a lively 4 year old. Darren was extremely patient and helpful as were the ladies. We spent a while choosing sandals, pumps and trainers for our 4 year old as she has very narrow feet. We got all the help we needed. We will definitely return to this store.
