Really good range of shoes and boots, great for quality “similar” designs to main brands but at the fraction of the cost. Let’s be honest, no one likes spending £100 on shoes! So Deichmann is perfect, the cost range between £20 - 60 for most shoes and all are of good quality. Worn mine a number of times and have not had any complaints.
Raciest and rude staff at Stockport branch. The shop assistant came screaming at me because I was getting the right size off the shelf. When I spoke to her gently at the checkout about her rude behaviour she started screaming at me again. She refused to give me her name, refused to call the manager and called the security like an idiot. She shouted that she is from Germany to explain her behaviour, racism and rubbish customer service! Shame on you Deichmann franchise for employing such despicable staff.
Great store with a wide variety of shoes, trainers, and general footwear on offer. The staff are polite and helpful to find the right size for you. The prices are great and some pricing is much better than other stores. The store is clean and bright, which is very welcoming. Certainly worth a visit if you are in the market for some new footwear.
I was looking for a particular type of trainer so, the lady staff member git out various types for me to try on. I got the perfect pair. She was professional, knows the products. The guy at the checkout was friendly and proficient. Excellent service.

Went in to have a look at some shoes,Not even a minute in the store and an employee was with an old man and she very rudely said “Ok so where did you get it from then?” So we left because there staff are very rude
Have different Adidas styles than other shops, only one or two and you have to time it right but its a good shop, shoe protection is cheap and only takes 45 seconds lol.
