   Very welcoming and effortlessly helpful. Tried an exchange today for an Xmas gift of slippers, bought in the wrong size. I was attended to in the quickest of time and had my exchange all sorted in minutes. The assistant was most chatty and jovially dedicated. Full five stars, easy.

   Very rude customer service old lady. we wanted to buy a pair of shoes but it's have some dirty on it. So I ask if they are any other she replied to me very bad and saying it's surly a kids that have done that. And I said so at least I can have discount. But she refuse which is fine but the manner was very rude and seem she doesn't as I have a little kids with me so she assume my little one is doing the same and damage the other shoes which is completely wrong.

   Good customer service and quality shoes. The store manager is very friendly and helpful. I had a good experience at this store. I needed to return a pair of boots recently and they made it very easy and didn't even ask about the reason of the return. I came back after that and bought a pair of trainers.
