   Many bad reviews here about customer service but I thought it was great. The employees were attentive and helpful, but weren’t right in your face. I spent quite a while trying to decide on a pair of shoes and they didn’t make me feel rushed. Great experience.

   Arguably one of the most frustrating and disappointing stores I’ve ever encountered. Clearly told a representative I’m here to purchase and collect a puma speedcat shoe and he assisted me to the online kiosk. I even asked can I collect it now, to which he said yes. Paid the amount and was waiting for the shoe to be dropped and handed to me, to which another representative saw me hanging in the store, and asked why was I waiting, to which she said oh that’s an online order it would be shipped to you, I immediately voiced what I said earlier and I never asked for an online order, they stated the money would be refunded back to me, and the lady even mentioned on the bill stating it would be refunded, even when I would be traveling outside for over a month. I had to purchase another shoe yet again as it was a gift. And over a month has crossed, no refund has been received. Pathetic customer care, simply just wanted to fill their quota of sale and no response or care for the customer and the money to be refunded back.

   Nice shop but customer service doesn't seem to be particularly important, asked for a pair of shoes in a certain size and the worker completely ignored me and continued scanning shoes until he was finished before saying he would get them. He then retrieves them places them near me and walks off - had to double check they were mine as there were other people around and I couldn't tell since he hadn't acknowledged me. When I say they fit well and I'm happy with them I go to pay which happens in complete silence from him, honestly it felt from both me and my friend like we had done something wrong. I work in customer service and know people have their off days so maybe he was stressed or having a bad day but it was anything but welcoming.

   Not the best shopping experience after my last visit,after trying for minutes to get the sales advisors attention who.was more interested in chatting his lady friend up then being able to help me.After asking a simple question about a size I was abruptly told no it only goes upto xl but looked online and said xxl.It seems to me that SIZE? does matter in this case.Overall I wouldn't shop there again.

   Good vibes as with most Size? stores. Welcoming staff, ended up picking up some 1906r New Balance’s. Had a good selection of clothes also, not the biggest size I’ve been in but also not the smallest.

   Staff seem more bothered about talking to each other rather than helping customers, asked for a size and the lad went away, came back five minutes later and went and straight to his colleague to chat, I had to go ask him if they had my size in and he turned his head with his back to be and said no and carried on talking. Rest of the staff stood about chatting and ignoring customers.

   It's a lot better than the Adidas store just facing...loads of different Adidas trainers..ordered on line when I got home (should of just bought while there )shop was packed ,nobody was in the Adidas shop...just shows you ..definitely buy from size no problem. Love this shop 3 times this week now
