   New favourite Chinese! We got: -Mock chicken with satay -Mock chicken Szechuan spicy sauce -Boiled rice -Vegan steamed dumplings (we got an extra one! 6 rather than 5) -Veggie mock noodles And for free: -Veg spring rolls -Crackers -A little handwritten note from Miss Li- such a sweet and personal touch. Everything was delicious, big portions and arrived quickly. The menu selection is huge and I was so impressed by the textures and flavours and the vegan options were amazing. Super happy to have found this place, it’s the only Chinese I will go to now!

   Tonight was the first and last time I'll be ordering from Oriental Wok. I ordered a set meal for 2 at £16.80 (Set A) I was really looking forward to it. However, I just waited a few minutes for the order and brought it home. The portion sizes were good. But the food itself was cold and I had to heat it up in the microwave. The chicken pieces seemed processed, and as if they'd been cooked several days previously. I had to throw half the meal away. I didnt even want to give it one star. Very disappointed.

   Extremely poor and disrespectful customer service. Order is currently open and they refuse to pick up the phone to advise the order status or cancel the order... I'm waiting for my order for about 1hour and a half and counting...

   Do not go here if you want to avoid days of suffering from food poisoning. The food also doesn't taste good. They over spice to cover up days old food. The food is not fresh. If you buy from here, your food will be ready in 2 minutes because they microwave everything from food made days ago. STAY AWAY

   I use this place regularly and this even I was very disappointed. The chicken chow mein was beautiful but the big spring rolls had split during cooking and they obviously Continued to cook it so not only was it soggy and full of grease it was also burnt in places. - see pic.

   Order was late the last 3 times, last 2 times items were missing from the order, this time around we have been served chicken balls that are slightly pink in the middle and chips that had barely seen a fryer definitely the last time ordering

   Ordered from their website and food arrived within half hr. Had phoned prior to ask if the veg curry and salt and pepper chilli mushrooms were vegan, as to which they were. My mom, brother and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Really tasty and will order again! :)
