I got a bit cross with staff in there today. Upon reflection I realise it wasn't their fault that they didn't sell everything on the overhead menu, and they did try to help me make another choice when I explained I was at risk of hypoglycaemia, having injected insulin for the falafel wrap which it turned out they don't sell. I apologise for being grumpy with them. It wasn't their fault. The diabetic lady

Food was cold and the chips were soggy. I asked for my burger to be reheated. The staff member was very kind and heated it up and assured me it was now really hot, but I assumed they’d just reheat the burger, not the entire thing! So I had a soggy heap of lettuce and bread. Didn’t have time to ask for a refund as my train was due, but won’t be coming back. It wasn’t even busy.

I wish there was an option for ZERO. Staff hasnt got any clue at all for orders. Spent £8 for 5 spoins of brown rice and few chunks of chicken. Not as per menu at all. 1st the person said they dont have it then said dont make it. Then shown the pic feom website then made it but completely diff than it should be. Need better service and train your staff pls. I have asked my husband to pick up takaway if you was local could have return it as it was in square box not round and awful very smallest portion like kid will starve too after eating this £8 rice box and would ask my money back for nothing.

Really nice tasting coffee and they will make it the way you ask. Kiosk ordering and food available. Some tables and chairs outside of shop.

Just had the £14.99 crispy chicken nuggets. Think they’ve been sat around for days, the crispy part is because they’re so dry and chewy, the batter is tasteless. Awful for the price. Was quick service and the place is nice but the most important part was awful.

Delicious food-freshly made by amazing team! I eat here very often and I must say its one of my fav places on the go! GFC and chicken burger are my favourite dishes. Their coffee is absolutely fantastic - very strong with chocolate notes to it!

I haven't been to Leon before, but wanted to give it a try. The food was very nice but took quite a while to come (20 minutes+), so not really fast food and certainly not great if you are in a rush. We were also asked if we wanted to give feedback and all the ratings had already been entered for us as 5 stars! I felt this was very dishonest and reinforced to us that the staff do not really care about customers. I probably wouldn't have food here again.

It just seems a bit lazy. I get food from Leon often and love the flavours and dishes they offer but this has to be one of the worst I’ve visited. The staff don’t seem to care very much about the food they are putting together you’ll often get just a quarter of a tomato slapped half way on your burger or a bean and rice box that looks like it has been in the warmer for days. It is always presented with here is your food now go away attitude. I don’t know if this is just a bad example a franchise or just bad management. It is a shame because this is one of the only chains doing vegan representation and the experience is poor from this outlet. The Leon menu is great. This place is not.

I had a coconut latte and vegan porridge with banana and cinnamon and it was great. Totally recommended for s vegan breakfast at Leeds.

First time visiting here. It's a welcomed change from the usual fast food places in Leeds station. You order from a screen (like the other nearby fast food chain) which can be a bit awkward since it's new and not much space to look at the menu. There was a short queue for the ordering screens (we visited around 12pm on a Tuesday), food was ready quickly. Moroccan meatballs rice bowl was lovely and had great flavours, portion was big. The chicken burger was nice but a little plain. Overall nice lunch, but it's NOT cheap so not an every day thing.
