Placed and order at 19.04, recieved it at 20,40. When I called to find out where my order the gentleman who answered the phones was rude and aggressive. My children were really hungry. Cold and soggy food. Won't be ordering from them again.!
Had the medium noodles beef katsu and thoroughly enjoyed it. Beef was taste and nlthe meal had a nice blend of flavours. Not sure what the negative reviews are about.
Absolutely appalling experience. This has to be one of the worst Chinese or Indo-Chinese restaurant/takeaway I’ve ever encountered. I’ve never been so infuriated, not just by the dreadful quality of food, but by the sheer lack of care in the service. The food was completely flavourless, bland to the point of being offensive. I genuinely regret spending money here, I would have been better off throwing the cash out of my car window; at least someone else could have put it to good use. This meal was that bad. Frankly, I wouldn't even serve this food to animals. Utterly disappointing and a complete waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.
Went to get a family meal for Sunday dinner and it was truly disgusting the cho mein taste horrible no effort to add complimentary seasoning to go with food really sad
First and last time I am ordering from this place ! I paid almost £20 for 5 mini veg dry dumplings and a portion of vermicelli with chicken. This food was a waste of money! Even my dog didnt want to eat it. Tasteless, blind, overpriced, came without any sauce for dumplings, very dissapointed! Never again.
I used to manage this branch few years back and I’m little sad to see it’s gone backwards. The food was decent. The place was in good condition. However, the staff are amazing. Very welcoming. And they catered for everything we needed. Made our dishes extra spicy.
This is the worst chowmein ( for £11+) I ever tasted. Nothing like advertised on the menu. Full of salt and tastes like burned soya sauce.
We ordered a build your own wok, that comes with prawn crackers and a drink on deliveroo and neither the drink nor the prawn crackers were delivered. On calling the restaurant, we were told that they were sending the missing items to us (and might I add there was no apology for missing part of our order). As expected, we did not receive those items. Service has really gone downhill here.
