   Takeaway delivery. Ordered online and delivery before advised time so good start there. Read the reviews, and it was looking positive so thought why not. Had the satay chicken and pineapple, and that hit the spot, pineapple nice touch as made the sauce just right, well for me anyway Beef and tomato, chips, and free spring rolls, nice touch the free rolls. Beef and tomato, again hit the spot for me very nice, good balance of ingredients, and a bit of onion, again not loads to pad it out but just right. Will I use again is my test on results so far yes, and happy to recommend

   They closed the shop early and didn’t let us know and we’ve been getting food from them for a couple months, very rude on the phone and when trying to talk to them. They’re talking while am talking and they cut the phone, Zero rating.

   Had the most appalling service tonight, our delivery driver shouting and being threatening because he claimed to have been calling and waiting for fifteen minutes, we had not had any missed calls. He was unnecessarily rude and confrontational. When I called the restaurant to explain we had not had any phone calls and suspected the details may have been incorrect, they told us the number they had called and it turned out to be the just-eat number! I sent a screenshot of evidence that we had provided the correct mobile number and was then ignored. Obviously it’s a system error or a restaurant error but the service and verbal abuse we received as a result has put us off ordering again. Food was also reheated and overcooked.

   I ordered from Uber eats and decided to cancel the order. I called restaurant to cancel the order and they agreed. However, they still marked the order as completed and are now refusing to refund me although no food was received! Please do not order from this takeaway as the service is terrible, the owner is very rude and unhelpful.

   The Special fried rice was too salty.It could not be eaten. The menu does not indicate if the special fried rice was dry or with a sauce.It came with a sauce on top of the rice .Arrg!!

   Absolutely disgusting. Food arrived cold, it tasted awful. The won tons were basically just batter. The curry was vile, I had to spit it out. I tried to call the restaurant and the manager refused to speak to me, discuss my concerns, or offer an apology or any compensation. Absolutely diabolical. I strongly recommend against this place!

   I have been ordering from here for years. The owners know our dish. We have 5 of them. They messed up the order 3 times. Giving wrong food when I telephoned they refused to change. I will never order from them again. They just lost £1000.00 a year from me. I suggest everyone.open the bag check the order then pay.

   I was not going to even give any stars at all. I have never been so angry in my life. my delivery was over twenty minutes late. I contacted the restaurant to find out why my food was late only to be told that their customers were more important. I thought I was a customer too after I just paid over £27. Ordering over Just Eat does that mean you are not one of their customers. I must remember that in the future. I did not even receive and an apology. Their saving grace was that the food was nice. Customer service needs a lot of work. THIS WAS BACK ON THE 18/12/2018

   Ordered from this takeaway and found a METAL SCREW in my crispy seaweed. How on earth that got in there, I have no idea. I contacted the restaurant and they stated they would refund me the cost of the seaweed (which is below £4.00) and give me a free dish. I had already ordered enough food and did not want another dish - but the refund simply was not good enough. The screw itself is sharp and thick and would have caused internal damage if I had swallowed it. I explained this to the 'manager' who became aggressive and refused to refund me anymore. He does not know where the screw came from. He then hung up on me. Simply not good enough and dangerous. I would NOT recommend this restaurant. If I could give 0 stars I would.
