Amazing food quite and relaxing atmosphere staff are friendly and welcoming would highly recommend. Views are beautiful from window seats. The food is well presented flavours are amazing.

I recently had dinner at this Thai restaurant, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and the comforting aroma of authentic Thai spices. The atmosphere was cozy yet vibrant, perfect for both a casual meal and a special night out. Also The service was impressive, friendly staff and happy to explain the menu
Such a lovely venue for lunch or a special occasion alike. Unusual location and that makes it more special. The food is great and authentic but one comment is that it’s a little sweet - everything has a little too much sugar or sweet sauce. Dialling these back a bit would make it 5*. Highly recommend nevertheless.
Really loved our visit to this restaurant. The food was very good, the staff were very friendly, the views were great and the atmosphere was good too. Both the Chicken Panang and Lamb Massaman curries were delicious. The cocktail menu is also very extensive with a good selection of tasty drinks. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and we will hopefully be back to try more dishes and cocktails
We dined here recently for a friends birthday and were a little underwhelmed by our experience. In previous years The Thai Terrace has always been renowned as one of the best restaurants in Guildford but it pains me to say that I think it’s lost a little bit of its shine. Whilst the food was good, prices remain high but the service was a little abrupt and the food came out so quickly that it was hard to really enjoy our evening (we had the 9pm sitting). They also seem to have dispensed with linen napkins and tablecloths which is a shame as it does add to the feeling of having a high end dining experience. There were quite a few large groups in which meant that the restaurant was a little noisy but I know there is not much they can do about this and it was the weekend after all. On reflection, the food was definitely good but for the price, I may be tempted to try Rumwong for a slightly more refined dining experience next time.
Been to this place with frd and all the foods went pretty awesome!! The dishes were massive and we could hardly finish all of them. Authentic decor throughout the restaurant too!
After entering the restaurant; u can feel a very relaxing environment. Menu contained wide choices of Thai food. Once ordered, the food were served efficiently and the taste is good and very importantly hot enough. Staff are very smart (eg, automatically serve ice with lemon when we order sparklingly water; automatically provide chopstick).
I am forever in love with this place. I have been visiting here for the past 10 years and this place has been delivering ever since. Fantastic food, some of the most unique presentation for Thai cuisines. Located at a scenic spot, gives you a great overview of Guildford and Surrey. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the interior is flourish with culture. You will have a fantastic dinner here, don’t miss out!
What can I say about this place but it's a diamond gem.from the lift that takes you up to the restaurant to the most wonderful welcome.amazing friendly staff to fast efficient staff knowledgeable about the whole menu. Food to die for each dish better than the last one. atmosphere relaxing and authentic. So going again cannot wait.
