    Orderd two 3 in ones with bbq sauce the rice was dry and the bbq sauce wasn't nice at all and hardly any sauce on Both

    Food was okay, rice dish was bland, shredded beef was more like jerky, and chicken balls were undercooked for my taste , still a bit doughy. Sauces are very sweet. Served a purpose but , sorry I wouldn't go back.

    Be aware they will read your order back to you and still leave a dish out from the bag of food they give you. So check the contents of the bag they hand over or use one of the other chinese t,ke aways round the corner that do not rip you off so they can make an extre 7 pounds. Should of noticed the four out of five star hygiene rating and gone somewhere with a five star rating (how hard is it to get five starts after all)

    I’ve been to this curry house on a few occasions and always enjoyed it, i had a takeaway recently, beef Thai curry chips and spare ribs in peeking sauce, I had the curry first because I didn’t want the chips to go cold and I had no complaints, however the spare ribs were OFF, I phoned them up first to complain, I explained the above and I was kept on hold, I was then asked AGAIN what my order was, told them, then was told, ….. β€œ I have to go because a CUSTOMER HAS COME IN!!! β€œ I will ring you back, I told them not to bother. I can overlook bad cooking it happens from time to time for various reasons, however you can NEVER overlook when you get served food that’s gone off. I literally tried one spare rib , straight away it tasted funny, tried another one and it was confirmed they was well and truly off. Had to throw them all in the bin. Never again!

    Absolute shambles. Ordered for collection, confirmed order with lady who handed it to me and paid correct price. Got home and half of the order was completely wrong. Phoned them and had to listen to 20 minutes of them arguing trying to blame someone else. Then was interrogated on what was in my order and told my order was right, repeatedly. When I pointed out there werent any fish dishes in what oI ordered and the (draws breath) ribs, wontons, chicken wings, chicken skewers, chips, curry sauce etc etc were missing, it was finally acknowledged they might have made a mistake (had to listen to another ten minutes of this) Was then asked to bring the food back……it was at this point I decided to write a review. Steer clear, we order based on a couple of allergens and New Orient will just chuck any old stuff at you.

    Duck in sauce !!! Don't know what the sauce was supposed to be, but warm water good way to describe it ,duck that tasted like it had been killed a month ago . Trying to get my confidence back in eating Chinese but still finding very poor quality
