Plenty of options on the menu, the staff were genuinely great, and the food came out quicker than I expected. The place felt well run and easy to enjoy a solid stop
Shocking ordered over 3 hours ago and food haven’t arrived after ordering a £71 meal. Poor customer service as the restaurant haven’t once answered the phone. Never ordering again. Robbing money and not even answering. Shocking
This place really takes the biscuit when it comes to ordering. I waited twenty-five minutes for the wrong order, only to then realise that my correct order had been sitting on the shelf for twenty minutes. Naturally, I wasn't going to accept cold food. I consequently obtained a refund and thanked them for wasting my time. Taco Bell, you need to get your act together; having new staff is no excuse for such appalling service. That was twenty-five minutes of my life wasted. It was worse than waiting at A&E (Accident and Emergency).
Ordered on just eat, order came missing an entire meal, nobody could be bothered to answer the phone when trying to call multiple times. The food that did show up was cold, and looked as if it had been kicked around the carpark before delivery. Will not be returning. Terrible.
Come here often, not a bad word to say. All the staff are pleasant, food is always great and overall just a good place to go.
This was a fantastic restaurant to eat in at, with all the options displayed on the electronic boards at the counter! I enjoyed a Chicken Burrito and Taco box including fries, Tango and Churros with a caramel dip for a reasonable price of £7.99. The service was fast when they loudly called out my order number, sitting inside was fine and cleanliness had been maintained!
Great service, great food. No eating area ATM however they say it's coming in April 2023. No drive thru is a bit of an issue and makes it a little more inconvenient to get your food, as well as severely affecting their bottom line.
Arrived at 9:30, says closing at 10 on google and website, see staff inside talking and on their phones, they see us walking up and they turn the lights off. We walk back to the car and we see them leaving and looking at us, 30 minutes before close! Not happy as trip wasted.
Taco Bell menu is fab and offers flexibility to customise your food which is a great idea. In theory this is a perfect alternative option for fast food instead of burgers, fried chicken or pizza. This is my 2nd visit to this restaurant and unfortunately on both visits my food hasn't been hot enough it was just luke warm which was disappointing especially as the restaurant wasn't busy. The drinks machine also has a smell of rotten drains (probably the drip tray underneath) and unfortunately it's the same today as it was the last time I visited approx 3 weeks ago - not impressed about that Taco Bell? hygiene standards? As I haven't visited any other Taco Bell restaurants I can't comment if this is the usual standard. It's a shame really as if the food was hot and the drinks machine odour free it'd be a regular haunt for me but I won't be coming to this location again a 3rd time.
