    Came in yesterday to return a few shoes I ordered online and the staff were super helpful, explained to me that my money would go back to my gift card straight away and I was able to buy new shoes. I spoke to a few staff members there and every single one was lovely and super nice. Really made my day.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I experienced the worst customer service in my life yesterday in this place. The girl β€œIQRA” was so rude and had a horrible attitude and when I mentioned her having too much attitude she replied β€œif you don’t like it get out.” And she started raising her voice at me telling me I’m talking about her behind her back after SHE turned her back to me when I asked for a different size of the shoe again after she said β€œit’s all the same shoes, the same colour, the same everything” The β€˜manager’ β€œPRATHNA” then came out and asked β€œwhat do you want” to which I replied I don’t want anything anymore and I left everything there and left the shop.

    The staff here were so mean :( Was literally just shopping for some shoes and I was only in there for about 20 mins and all four workers asked me if I was buying the shoes as if I couldn't or wouldn't buy them... so odd and mean and pushy for no reason. They made me feel like I was infiltrating on their shop even though it was about 5:30, which was so far from closing. I work in retail too so l know the feeling but l'd never make a customer feel like they should hurry up in the shop when they're being quiet and non disruptive and we’re well off closing. I bought the shoes and they were great so no qualms with office on the whole just with this particular store because it must be a store/management issue that all four workers present on a mid week evening were rude and had absolutely no customer service skills at all. I asked a worker a question about the shoes too and she looked at me as if I'd just slapped her across the face to be honest. Not a pleasant experience at all and I hope management is reading this and trains their employees to treat customers with some basic level of kindness. I’ve had a look at the reviews on here as well and clearly something needs to be done because why is there such a distinct pattern of rude behaviour coming from employees here? Do better Office!!

    Bought a pair of shoes and ended up with 2 different sizes which was really frustrating after wearing them. I took them back and the lady was really helpful and swapped them for a brand new pair both the same size. Mistakes happen so I appreciated this getting sorted so quickly.

    brought a pair of 169.00 dr martens back, had them only 5 weeks but was ripped, faulty! cashier called a manager, who was extremely rude, she presummed i never had the card that i paid for the shoes with. wasnt actually bringing back for a refund only wanted an exchange but as she gave me no option and was so rude i ll take my custom elsewhere.

    Esse, a wonderful sales assistant went over and above to find the right size , helped me with my disabled right foot and leg, even helping lace the boots up. I bought because of the service, although as I bought Doc's I could have bought from a number of places. Super happy with my purchase and the service

    Worst customer service i have ever seen. I was ready to buy things worth around 200 pounds and the employees have an attitude, disrespectful and raise their voice for no reason. Never again am i shopping there and will do my best to spread the word of how disrespectful the staff there is. Unacceptable.

    I visited this store on 13/7/22. I wanted to try a couple of shoes so looked around to find a store assistant. There were 2 around and 1 standing at the till. The young girl with a blue top saw me raise hand to catch her attention but she pretended not to see me and looked away. Then she approached an English customer and served her. The guy at the till, presumably the manager, saw me looking for someone to help me, again tried to pretend that he didn't see me and just kept standing at the till. In the end, while the manager and the big lad assistant were chatting, I managed to flag down the lad's attention and had him serve me. The big lad was helpful. But the attitudes of the first two shop assistants (the young girl with a blue top and the presumable manager) were shocking. I was clearly seeking for assistance in choosing shoes, but they didn't want to know me, I'm guessing, because I'm not English. Really, those two, if they don't like customer service, they should seek another job.

    i went this shop bought a pair long boots after i paid . the manager said they hadn't got big bag for the boots, and then not do anything else. so i ask can you get a string or something to tight the box so i can carry it bit easy and he said no . Not even try to do anything , I'm so disappointed what kind service is this?
