    DO NOT SHOP HERE. The company attitude is "take their money dont give it back" They will never give you a refund outside of store credit/a voucher. This is highly illegal and I am currently awaiting a court date. If anyone else is in this situation send a letter to their CTO Robert Franks, the address can be found on companies house.

    I purchased a essensial tracksuit from here weeks back. My joggers arrived but still awaiting the hoodie. I’ve emailed so many times and there’s been one out of many emails back. I am so annoyed as my hoodie has still not arrived there is no phone number to ring either! So if you’re seeing this maybe respond back to the many emails I sent you!

    WHERE ARE MY TRAINERS ??? DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Nothing to do with the store but DO NOT buy anything from KICK GAME online. Parted with £430 2 weeks ago and still no sign of the trainers - this company has NO TELEPHONE NUMBER and when I email them all I get back is some nonsense generic email as far as I’m concerned they have as good as STOLEN my money - KICK GAME I want my goods which clearly you don’t have stock of or my money back - REFUND me or SHIP the trainers today pls !

    Very judgemental and rude staff. Stared at me from the moment I walked in and after reading other reviews I know I’m not alone. Charged me more for the exact same size I picked up from the shelf and claimed I paid more because of the size difference.

    Recommend different stores without a doubt. Shoe didn't fit and wasn't even allowed to swap for a pair that fit (wasn't after a refund). Girlfriend purchased for my birthday and was never told by staff about the short 14 day return policy. Bit of a shady policy tbh, staff should have been clear on this as she was helped by staff to pick out the shoes and and specifically told them it was for a birthday gift, yet they never said "buy it closer to the birthday so he has chance to swap if doesn't fit". 14 days is nothing and the staff in store reassured her that an exchange would be fine, but never failed to mention it needed to be within 14 days? Why would you reassure someone that an exchange is possible but not mention that it's only 14 days? It was purchases 2 weeks prior to my birthday which isn't exactly out of the ordinary. What a joke lol.

    Went to Kick Game for the first time today and I was very impressed by the customer service, particularly Becky and Jason! I started off by selling a pair of Ochre Foam Runners which was an easy experience thanks to Jason and they gave me a good price. I then tried a couple of pairs of shoes on and again Becky was very helpful as she went to get multiple sizes for me. In the end I left with a pair of ‘Cool Grey’ Jordan 11s and was very satisfied with the store, would 100% shop there again. Plan to visit next time I’m in Manchester!
