Generous servings of delicious ramen. Chilli tiger prawn - very tasty and blends well with the broth. Ramen noodles are also of a good texture, chewy but not too soft or hard. We ordered some extra sides, king prawn katsu was served piping hot and crispy, perfect texture.
I have been a customer for a few years and the quality of the food is great. I especially love the Prawn Cold Noodle Salad, Chicken Karaage and Tonkotsu Ramen. Their gyozas are the best I’ve ever had in this country. The staff are always friendly and the food is top-notch. We went to their newly-opened site in Birmingham Grand Central and the food and service is consistently good. 100% recommend
Kevin taught me how to use chop sticks and shared some of his culture with me and my friend. Apparently I’m smart for being left handed so I’ll take that lol! Food was really nice, good portion for the price and they were really kind serving us and interactive. Environment was super calm enough can tell it’s a meet up spot. :D
The ramen here was delicious! We had a wonderful meal, I got the chilli chicken which wasn’t too spicy and the service was great too. Everyone was very friendly special thanks to Deeksha and the whole team for making our visit so enjoyable. Will visit again at the new location.
We ordered the lunch set menu, which is £9.95 per set. And you can upgrade the noodle to normal size by £2.95. I think it’s perfect for different choices. The ramen is very chewy, the soup base is very delicious and rich in layers. The hot sauce can be added according to your own preference, it is made by themselves, and it is said that it is also sold in bottles separately. Generally speaking, it is worthwhile whether you are passing by for lunch or coming here to eat.
Quite simply the best place to dine in the Bullring and surrounding areas. The variety of food is packed with flavour! To top it of, the customer care is exceptional. Sophie is welcoming and her a team a credit to her. My go to place always
Incredibly tasty and delicious ramen soups! The best bamboo shots I ever had in my life! Definitely worth visit! Have a ginger lemonade too! Fortunately picture after food cause food was too good!
I'm Japanese. I couldn't find a good Ramen in the UK. But ramen in Tonkotsu is amazing. The taste is almost close to Japanese ramen! I'll definitely go there again. However, the restraint is small because it is in bullring. I would like them to open a bigger restaurant!!
