    Very disapoointed, took some trainers back here as they were to small. Ordered online and it said i can return them to the shop. I was told by member of staff they cannot take online orders back that i have to do it by post, sorry there isnt anything we can do ! I went to 5 locations on google maps for them all to say we dont take dhl parcels on 6th attempt at another shop my parcel was finally taken. Never again will i do this, stressed out isnt the words. So much hassle and all i wanted was a size bigger, now returned and will nit order from here again.

    Writing on behalf of a 79 year old friend of mine. This gent went here this morning and paid £125 for some grey Nike Air Max and he's spent the last 20 minutes telling me how good the lady who served him was. She took her time with him, patient and not at all pushy and both her and her male colleague couldn't do enough to help him (EG getting him the shoehorn). On behalf of him, thank you very much!

    All I can say is I ordered a pair of trainers from JD and they pawned me off for 3 week telling me there coming from bottom of country they will be with you soon.Then Monday Christmas week 3 week after I ordered them sorry items not in stock order cancelled. So I ordered from foot locker and they came on Wednesday amazing won't be using JD again thankyou for saving Christmas foot locker
