2 and a half hours… that’s how long i’ve been waiting for some salt and pepper chips. foods good yes, but only when it actually arrives, this is a joke.
Had my usual Egg Fried Rice, Prawn Crackers, Sweet and Sour Sauce and Spare Ribs in BBQ Sauce. Wasn't bad. The thin Prawn Crackers were different and probably the best I've had. The rest was ok. Quite good. I've had better. The delivery process was quite easy. Despite me being in a hotel and making it a bit tricky. Price-wise was ok. The lady taking the order was professional and easy to talk to.
Ordered. Order was accepted. Waited an hour. Called the restaurant. They were closed, at 7pm. The website said they were still open and they took the money from my account. The voicemail said they were closed for the next 4 days, so I’m not even sure how I’m going to get my money back. I’d probably suggest avoiding restaurants who can’t do something as simple as changing their status to closed.
Unfortunately the rice smelled off. I’m guessing with the warm weather it hasn’t been stored correctly. Very disappointing as we used to get food from here so thought we would give it a chance again.
What has happened to this place! I used to be good. Since Jade Garden closed (god knows why) this is the closes place. I ordered my normal egg fried rice and curry sauce. Sweet and sour chicken in battered balls. This was appalling in every way. The look the taste the consistency of the food was just wrong. Is it me, or are all dinning places dropping any sort of standards. Any sort of food quality. Food came out too fast now, I know why.

First time i've ever been in there, but i was passing by at 10pm and was starving. The place smelled stale when i arrived, i should have left then. I ordered Salt and pepper spare ribs and a special fried rice. Both were absolutely awful, the food tasted like the place smelled. Terrible takeaway in a terrible run down drug dealing area, staff who couldn't care less. Avoid this horrible place at all costs.
The food is delicious and the price is relatively cheap in the surrounding area. It is recommended!
Used to order every Saturday night without fail, and this was a great chinese... As of late its been taken over by new management all the ingredients have changed although they have mentioned its the same chef it doesn't matter you choose your Chinese because of the taste and quality of food without that there's no use in keeping your local Chinese same with this one we've now got to order from others until we find the right one that we stick with
Absolutely shocking service !!! Menu has changed not sure if under new management but called up twice woman couldn’t understand what me or my partner wanted , ordered online ‘all eat app’ food came , rice was missing .. called up driver said will bring me some in 10mins, called again and he said he couldn’t fine my house ????? Called again woman said it’s a call centre & to call driver, tried 5 times driver wouldn’t answer ! Arrived 40mins later with my rice ?? Wont be going back here again, used to be so nice & pleasant .. ridiculous now!
