I ordered the Thai pad and the green curry, and they were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were really friendly. I’d definitely recommend visiting.

I don't know why it took me so many years to try this chain. My fridge was empty and I decided to try their lunch menu. You get 3 dishes and a soft drink for £15, so really good value for money, especially when considering the upscale look of the place. As for the food, the noodles were bouncy and the panang curry and the spicy beams were very flavourful. Plenty of umami. The staff is attentive as well.

Came on a Friday around 9 PM and was honestly shocked by how poor the service was. We weren’t greeted upon arrival, and once seated, it took an unreasonably long time for anyone to even acknowledge us—no water, no menus, nothing. What really soured the experience was the bartender’s attitude. After waiting 20 minutes with no sign of service, we tried to flag her down. She waved us off, walked away, and didn’t attempt to help us or alert any other staff. The audacity to dismiss us while she acted busy casually drying the same glass over and over was beyond frustrating. As for the food—it was mid at best. The only standout was the lamb larb. The tom yum was watery and oily, lacking the signature depth of flavor. The pad thai was passable but nothing to write home about. We also tried to order Thai iced tea and were told there was no milk. At a Thai restaurant. It says a lot when the food comes out in five minutes, but you’ve waited 20 just to place your order. On top of all that, the waiter seemed undertrained and overwhelmed—she discouraged us from ordering a dish we wanted, which was a first for me. She also struggled with basic things like splitting the check. Overall, Rosa’s really disappointed. Really not sure why the rating is a 4.8. Between the dismissive bartender, the slow and confused service, and the lackluster food, I wouldn’t come back. Better staff training and a serious review of front-of-house service are sorely needed.

My friend and I were both very happy to have stumbled upon this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was great. Between the two of us we ordered several dishes as follows: the Tom Ka Soup, the Stir Fried Aubergine as well as the Pad Thai noodles. The Stir Fried Aubergine is highly recommended!

I visited the restaurant on a Monday really early afternoon: when it was nice and quiet. There were a few people working on their laptops. The food was really nice and fresh tasting. I ordered the Prawn Tom Yum soup. Shared platter and the ice tea. The soup I would broth was ok and but I thought it would have a deeper flavour, never the less it still tasted good. Very filling, I loved the prawns and noodles were nicely done. The sweetcorn cakes - I was surprised because I really liked them in comparison to others that I have tasted. The spring rolls were nice and fresh. I really liked the salad because it just tasted good , not sure what else to say about it- it was just a good salad. I don’t usually like iced tea but I tasted it and really liked it with the lemon mmmm . I’m giving Rosa’s 4 because it was just a nice relaxed vibe and great service, not a 5 because the food didn’t wow me but it did what it needed to do: be fresh and taste good. I’ll visit again and maybe order something different and update my review !

I was really craving some Thai food and I placed an order through deliveroo. My husband is always very happy with the food from Rosa’s (he always eats in Islington) but our order was awful. The sweet&sour chicken was not chewy and the sauce was liquid, not the thickness it should have been. The pad Thai was just bland, dry and tasteless. Very disappointing!

Lovely food and attentive staff. I went with a friend and we both loved the handmade spring rolls. The main courses were lovely but on this occasion a couple of the potatoes in the curry were a bit hard We still had a lovely time and I would recommend.

Went twice fairly recently and both times the service was quick and friendly. The Tom Yum soup was the perfect level of spice but it was quite a large portion. The Green curry was tasty and paired well with the delicious egg fried rice. The ice tea was refreshing and perfect for a hot day. The only downside was the satay chicken had a strange aftertaste and I wonder about the quality. Overall, very happy :)
