I get takeaway so can't say service or atmosphere but the food used to be ok but eggfried rice and chicken in kung po sauce, black bean sauce or sweet and sour may as well be chicken and eggfried rice chicken isn't bad bit tough but no sauce and egg fried rice is just egg fried rice nothing much if you don't get any sauce with your main chicken meal
Best Chinese we've ever had. Always fresh, not super greasy and we're more than happy to drive 15 mins to collect. Wouldn't use another Chinese now!
Wow! the stars in China court restaurant is back and now its rated 4 stars I think when it was rated 1 star is probably due to paper work wasn’t done right and some places need fixing I always don’t think its anything to do with hygienic. We have always trust and support this restaurant even when it was rated 1 star we still go into the restaurant and have meal every week with family and have always enjoyed the meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and anyone who is looking for place to eat.
We had a wonderful visit to China Court. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the décor is bright and cheery with just the right touch of elegance — we really love the new look since our last visit. The set menu offered a great choice, and every dish was delicious, nicely flavoured, and beautifully served. Highly recommended!
Free parking. Everything is on ground level, toilets inside.the food was hot served quickly and very nicely cooked. Fairly priced.a good food selection without being too much.our meal with a drink cost about £25. And I'm more than full.
A really enjoyable meal by far the best in the area
We phoned in a takeaway order from here. It was ready to pick up when we arrived. there was plenty of parking spaces. Service was friendly. There was plenty of good food
11 of us chose to visit for 2 birthday celebrations and the Service was not up to standard, staff were very ignorant and not friendly at all. We were extremely disappointed with the waitress and her attitude. There were no napkins or cutlery on the table and we had to source an extra chair as the table seating was incorrect. Everything we asked for was given but with arrogance. We have been visiting here for 20 plus years and never had cause to complain but this will be our last visit.
have been eating here on and off for 30 years, this time a party of 11, food overall very good if not a bit pricey, but the service has deteriorated greatly, waitress very unfriendly and impolite couldn't wait to get us out,restaurant not busy. Spent a lot of money to be treated poorly. Definitely our last visit.
Pre ordered food at 5 and booked delivery slot for 7. Half past 8 and we still had no food. Rang restaurant and asked to speak to the manager who refused to come to the phone after explaining to the gentleman who answered the phone the food was almost two hours late the manager eventually came to the phone. She made no apology for the late food and told me the food only had gone out 15 minutes ago. 1 hour and 30 minutes after our delivery slot. She refused to apologise and just said we’re busy. I told her it was not good enough that she was sending food out after the delivery slot time and she blamed the driver for the lateness and refused to acknowledge that the restaurant was at fault for not sending the food out on time. She offered no resolve, or to chase the order just repeated “we are busy”, the manager then began to shout down the phone even though I was not the one at fault asking what she wanted me to do about the food not arriving. Appalling customer service from the manager. Food was warm at best would not recommend the delivery service.
