We love the food from here! Started ordering recently and now been around 3 times - the salt & pepper chicken is fab and the value for money is great. The best Chinese in our local area!
The free spring rolls and crackers are a nice touch and the special curry I’ve had previously was nice enough. Ordered a special satay this evening and there was a ridiculous amount of fresh chopped cucumber in it so imagine how watery and tasteless the special satay was. Just gave them another chance with a special Szechuan and salt and pepper chicken wings - avoid avoid avoid
Used to love ordering from here. Tonight was a mess! The woman on the phone was so lovely however the Wrong food was sent. Called and asked for a replacement with the correct item, they advised it would be 20 minutes. Asked for my food to be redone as it would all be cold. They said they'd do that if I gave back the first lot of food (concerning about reselling food but sure). Half hour later the driver comes back, we swap orders and he then begins to accuse me of eating it really rudely.. why would I eat it when I'm sat waiting for the food I wanted and asked for and i gave it back??? E was so rude, rolled his eyes at me and stormed off. When finally able to eat, it wasn't even as good as the past orders. Will never order from here again, far too much hassle for a disappointing meal.
would be better if they fried or roast the chicken instead of boiling it as it's bland and would be more tender as it's sometimes a bit rubbery (no pun intended I wouldn't recommend it the food is dry and undercooked sometimes,nice chips though but think I'll go to chippy next time
Really hate doing this but please on all accounts avoid this take away like the plague!! Nice people but oh my, what a disappointment with the food. Spent £25 to get tasteless, greasy, funny coloured food. The rice was black and burnt. Won't be going back! Star rating 3. Wish I'd have seen that before I ordered
Terrible on all counts. Waited 2.5hrs for food which was cold on arrival. Chicken was dry and flavourless. Chips were wet-through. Prawn crackers were stale. Rice was burnt. Yes. Burnt Rice! A ridiculous place. Would suggest nobody orders from here.
My order tonight (27/11/2108 and soent £15) was wrong yet again. I ordered chicken in orange sauce and salt and pepper king prawns. Not only was the chicken dish wrong, they sent me chicken in like a thick black sauce, and the batter around the prawns was like cardboard. So I called back and she said they would send me the correct dish within 25mins, but 40 minutes past so I had to ring again. When it finally came it was cold and the driver gave me attitude..so they have now lost a good customer.
