Today I took my autistic twin boys in to get some school shoes and we were served by a wonderful human being her name is Jessica. I visit annually for kids school shoes, it's worth noting that sometimes an appointment is required (depends on how busy they are) Everytime I have visited the staff are always great, very patient and helpful. School shoes have always lasted until they have grown out of them or reached the end of the year so I have always happily returned due to the good quality of shoes. Only niggle is the lack of range in school shoes, this hasn't varied over the years and as the kids get older it gets even harder to select something they like, this isn't a reflection at all on the store or staff as they are all fab!

The service was brilliant. We came for some shoes for my husband who wears orthopedic insoles in his shoes. Jessica was so patient taking the time to make sure the shoes were the right fit and were suitable for my husband's feet. We didn't feel under any pressure to buy. Visited tonight for some new school shoes for my little boy. Eve was knowledgeable, really patient and listened to and replied to everything my very talkative little boy said. Despite not having his first choice of shoe in his size available he left really happy. Excellent service Thank you.
