   I don’t know whether the ackee & saltfish was gone off but that was not nice at all needs major improvements. The turkey rasher was disrespectful to even send to me was not edible you can see this. & missing items. Not impressed at all and want refunded

   Guyanese lunch for 7.99! I'm so glad this has replaced the Thai place because Guyanese food is delish. Normally I get my pastry fix like pineapple tarts in tooting. Anyway the lunch sets are either noodles or rice so I got both for lunch and dinner. What makes the chowmein and rice delicious is the five spice. One came with bbq chicken and the other fried chicken. Both were equally good as it was fried thigh meat but bbq was surprisingly good because the bbq sauce was tangy like buffalo sauce. Food takes a good 30 minutes though to arrive and there is some slight msg in the noodles and rice.

   Absolutely no respect for neighbours, music is always well above what it should be. Keeps everyone awake, no sound proofing and no respect for neighbours whatsoever. Also security do not tell people leaving to shut up, so there is constantly screams and out Yeats from drunks leaving this spot.

   The corner house is a good venue. The staff are friendly and nice. Sadly the comedy night was a huge disappointment. The comedians weren't funny and were frankly borderline offensive. The DJs were great so the evening was fun after the so called comedy.

   Friday and Saturday nights are sometimes quite in there not alot of cocktail variety not tried the food if they serve it in there sometimes no DJ even though it closes at three need to get bus there as no local free parking

   We attended a joint birthday party at this venue last weekend and it was lovely. Airy, clean warm, inviting venue. All Staff were very professional, efficient, and friendly. Drinks were usual price but parking not great. Would definitely recommend visiting or hiring this venue for a lovely intimate family party or gathering.

   I've been going this pub since it was 'The Blacksmiths Arms' , and had my first pint here when I was 15! A carling black label that cost £1.13 . I haven't tried the food but it looks good and they do a good deal as well. And the staff are super friendly and helpful. So a rare 5 stars from me.
