   Never coming back here. I stopped in briefly to ask about a dress for my wife, and a week later I received a parking ticket—with no warning, no signs, and no information given to me at the time. This is unacceptable. I will not be returning and definitely do not recommend this place.

   Back in 2020 I Bought my mendhi outfit, my mums outfit from here which was nice. However we ordered all my bridesmaids outfits from here including my sisters for the wedding, my sisters skirt had work on just the front and nothing on the back - when confronting she said that was an extra charge but there was no mention of this prior to the order. My cousins outfit came in the complete wrong colour which meant the bridesmaid weren’t matching - my 2 friends outfit didn’t show up at all. And she told me all this few days before the wedding despite the constant reassurance that they will be arriving on time. For every outfit she took 50% deposit and did not pay any of it back- this was definitely the worst experience ever. Prior to the order Shazia will act very accommodating and absolutely lovely, but after she’d been nothing but rude, dismissive and actually tried to threaten us simply for asking for a money back. Reading the reviews I can see nothing has changed & this wasn’t just a “one off” so decided to write one now.
