   Terrible. Ordered on the recommendation of my parents who said they are massive portions, which they were to be fair. However the Singapore chow mein wasn't even made with vermicelli rice noodles and used just normal egg noodles. So apart from the flavour which was off ,they sent the wrong food.

   I ordered 2 meals today, just disgusting food. it was literally microwaved and sent out for delivery, the restaurant is 5/10 minutes from my house and they were able to prepare both meals and deliver them to my door in exactly 5/10 minutes. I spoke to an employee on the phone and he could not explain how they did it. On your app still shows the food is on way, but it is a lie. the food was delivered 5/10 minutes after I made the order. I am pregant if I had this food could be dangerous for me and my baby. This was poison food, can be dangerous, people can feel unwell. I try to speak with different staff from your team and everyone end up the chat without help me with this problem.

   Was really looking forward to it as had been told it was a great place for food. Upon opening the food was hot, generous portions. I was very disappointed in the lack of flavour. It was watery and some of the meats not cooked through properly.

   Ordered from here a month ago and was great. However Just ordered some food tonight and in my chicken fried rice and curry sauce I found 3/4 long black hairs. Which isn’t mine as I’m blonde!! It put me off the full meal and couldn’t eat anything. What a waste of money. Very gutted and the hygiene was disgusting.

   I ordered BBQ spare ribs! Not a bit of BBQ went near them. Looked like gravy not BBQ sauce and tastes awful. I work long hours and just wanted a decent takeaway. Not even worth eating

   Part of order not delivered, and they really are not that concerned.Have patronised them for years And found the food mostly satisfactory (apart from ribs ,inedible ribs). But when it comes to customer service ...it doesn't exist.Very disappointed with attitude. Will not be using them again.
