Collection order wrong when got home this has happened x3 times after stating numerous times I am allergic to specific foods not good, lady on phone very nice but will not go back now am done .
I must address my recent experience, as it fell far below my expectations. We ordered sweet and sour chicken with noodles and egg fried rice, and I was highly disappointed. The noodles were excessively oily and nearly inedible. The sweet sauce was watered down, and the pineapple had an off-putting taste. To top it off, the rice was dry and tasted like leftover from the previous day. I rarely leave feedback, but this situation warrants my input. I expect a meal to be decent and flavorful when I pay for it. Based on this experience, never again !!
the best chinese ever, no where near where we live but it’s worth driving through for. the woman at the front desk is the loveliest woman ever!! i have never been and not tipped as the service and food is more than worth it!
We ordered a salt and pepper munch box to find hair init we phoned the takeaway to get a rubbish response and for the manager to scream down the phone I will never t be ordering from there ever again
Well, myself and 2 of my grandchildren have just had THE MOST AMAZING TAKEAWAY from yourselves. It was well worth the wait. It was piping hot, very tasty and plentiful. Thank you for the experience, I will certainly be ordering again and recommending to friends and family.
Placed order at 9:30 called twice said it was on its way both times woman on the phone is almost impossible to understand I'm disgusted with this takeaway now it's too late to order from any other place. She wanted to take my card details but I wanted to pay cash I would not trust this takeaway. Please trust what I'm saying don't waste your time with this takeaway
gorgeous food when you eventually get because there is a new lady on other end of the phone taking orders that last at least nearly 10 minutes on phone because she doesn't speak good English!!! think I may have to go somewhere else!!

Disgusting isn't the word. Ordered a 35 quid order. Most of it was in the bag rather than the trays so requested a partial refund as we tried to save some of the food but the way it arrived wasn't acceptable. Next thing you know the manager and 2 other people are banging on my window and door screaming at me and my husband. My kids were in the room scared so I said do not smack my glass window, yet he proceeded to do it again. Completely wrong. I actually feel like ringing the police to be honest my little boy is so shook up.
Been using this service for over 3 years,everything was always great. now after a break of 6 months I tried again,... Noodles and vegetarian rolls remained at the level of wonderful taste and everything is fine ... but the sauces have become tasteless...it's not chicken in Chinese sauce it's just some kind of brew... King prawns in batter is very similar to a piece of rubber in foam rubber. Maybe the company changed chefs or they just have too many customers they don't care anymore. IMHO
