   I've ordered previous times and it's been okay. Ordered with the 25% off so ordered a meaty pizza with mushrooms and paid extra for that but had no mushrooms. Breaded mushrooms with salad and garlic dip ...no garlic dip and the salad was a bit of shredded lettuce

   Came home from a party and fancied a takeaway as you do. I ordered it at like 12:30 and 2 hours later still wasn’t here. Bear in mind all I ordered was one garlic bread pizza THAT WAS IT!! I kept calling the place and the number wasn’t even someone who was at the takeaway they just kept saying “give me one minute and I will inform the takeaway” I was answering all phone calls and trying to find out where it is. Almost 3 hours went by and I just wanted to go bed at that point nearly 3am in morning mate. I called them up and said I want to cancel the order and get a refund. They said okay and apologised. I then receive a phone call again and a man who was VERY rude said “you’re not getting a refund” … when I tell you me and my partner went mental ! He said the food was outside … food was no where to be seen , he accused me of not answering phone calls when I answered EVERY call even his after being told I was gonna get a refund. He said that the driver waited outside for 2 hours… I literally laughed like a delivery driver would wait outside for 2 hours without calling or trying to KNOCK on a door ?? crazy mate , hysterical. He basically tried to make out I was a liar who was refusing to be complaint ! So whoever the delivery guy was yeh hope you enjoyed scranning me garlic bread pizza yeh cost me £10 just for a garlic pizza that was probs gonna be stale and shit anyways now after looking at the other reviews. I best get refunded otherwise me and my partner will come down to the takeaway because I’ve never experienced anything like it , LAZINESS and rude staff and no form of organisation /communication.

   What an absolute disgrace!!! I ordered delivery from this ‘pizza shop’ and it was hardly edible! My garlic bread with cheese was burned and had an incredibly firm base. It was like chewing on cardboard. Don’t bother to waste your time or money here people!!

   Lovely food, fast delivery and they go above and beyond. I ordered a kids margherita and asked if they could add some pepperoni and they did without extra charge. If you haven't ordered before try them, I don't think you'll be disappointed. I have to edit my original review based on my latest experience (March 2022). Cold food, no added pepperoni this time (they don't have to based on their limited kids menu though) , my kid wouldn't eat the popcorn chicken cause she said it tasted "weird", I got a tub of chilli sauce which had no taste at all but plenty of heat. I'm not sure what has changed but I won't be ordering from them again

   Absolutely love pizza pizza. We ordered yesterday they had forgot the drinks we had ordered I put it down to them being busy with it being Christmas eve so I give them a quick call to explain and with in 5 mins the drinks were delivered Absolutely amazing service really wasn't expecting them so quick either with them being busy. We have been using pizza pizza for a few months now and the food is amazing we love it. Highly recommend.
