Served by Simon the store manager. Went out of his way to help with gifts for partner and dad. Well stocked and left with pristine versions of what I came for. Highly recommend!
Turned up on time but had to stand outside for 10 minutes while the staff sat in a meeting instead of opening the store. When they eventually let me in, I was told they don’t exchange online orders in-store — even though the item was bought directly from The North Face website. Completely pointless trip and a total waste of my Sunday.

Recently visited this store to buy a North Face jacket. Was approached by Sean/Shaun (apologies for name mistake), and have to say he was outstanding, I've told him exactly what I needed a coat for and he has provided various ranges and colors to choose from for my desired activities and needs, I'm super happy with my purchase and his proactiveness thank you once again for the advice on the coat! I have recently visited the Trafford Centre store to purchase various items for my husband. Quite simply to sum up: Carl the Manager is exemplary, courteous and has a calm experienced manner about himself. Totally professional. Thank you Carl. The website is very easy to use and very user friendly. I would recommend this to anyone looking to purchase items from them as they greatly differ from other retailers. More choice and differing designs.
The shop is okay as usual. However a woman stood at the bottom of the stairs staring everyone out that was in store, making us not want to go upstairs. When I told her there were no clothing in my size, she gave me an odd look and questioned whether I told the truth. So I was obliged to buy something before leaving the store as she had her eye on us the entire time. Great store, could have better staff.
