   Easy to find with customer parking to the rear of the building. Had been wanting to visit for a while and see the new facility, so called in to have a look around as we were near the area otherwise would have been a several hour round trip to visit. The NS team was very helpful in answering questions and offering gear and equipment suggestions as well as just have a chat with about lacrosse even though they knew we were not going to buy something there and then, however will continue to purchase from them in the future.

   Poor customer support despite contacting them several time, had to figure out where package was, no email to update on tracking as past from one delivery company to another, do not recommend for international delivery

Even took time to throw the ball with my daughter so she could get a feel for the stick she wanted. Great service and great insight into the many products available. Won’t go anywhere else!    Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Great knowledge of lacrosse and the equipment they are selling. Shop sells equipment for novice players and pros alike and treats all customers the same. Very professional and respond quickly to queries and questions. Transparent and communicative on deliveries which, in my experience, have always been on time and packaged well etc.

   Bought Nike Vapour Elite lacrosse gloves, barely used them and they've already deteriorated and got holes. Asked for a refund and didn't get one. Also their customer service was not great and rude.
