Lovely service on the phone and in store by the lady who works there. The beef in black bean is amazing. The beef is so thick and soft, good portion size too. Adding free prawn crackers and fortune cookies is a lovely touch as well. I dropped a star because the chips are usually slightly dry x

Me and my family have been using jam Chuan for years. Best around in my opinion! But tonight was absolutely terrible , horrible oily taste , watery sauce , prawn crackers v unusual taste . So disappointed. Has it been taken over does anyone know ????
First time we’ve ordered from here and wow!!!! We usually travel to go get our Chinese but it wasn’t open yesterday so we thought we would brave it and try somewhere new local. The service was amazing what beautiful people ! And the food was exceptional!! No more travelling for us!
Yum yum yum! We ordered for 8 of us for takeaway since our regular takeaway was closed. It came scorching hot which is always a plus. I had the vegetable curry with chips and rice (I shared my plate, didn't eat it all to myself) I will definitely be ordering from these guys again!

Ordered our meal at 1810 and it finally arrived at 1945. Stone cold. Shocking customer service too. Won't be using them again
EDIT: Its been a few hours me and my family who ate the food have been sick and have diarrhea. Great! Kam Chuan you should not of even sent the food out! Even the delivery driver said have you waited a long time in a weird way. Just had possibly the worse meal i've ever had! Absolutely disgusting. Definitely been warmed up multiple times and the grease that came of it. It arrived super late and was cold! The chicken balls were basically rubber. Food is not safe to eat!!!! Go somewhere else!
Excellent food (takeaway). Very busy so at least half an hour for collection or an hour plus for delivery BUT it's well worth the wait.
Awww, bless, just waiting for our food which is due now and had a message saying "Sorry, your order is cancelled". Thank you so much. If you couldn't provide the food you shouldn't have accepted the order. £87 on a birthday meal which is now not turning up. No reason, no excuse, just cancelled
