   Absolutely awful service. I used to always come to this shop to get my shoes but definitely won’t come back again. The manager (short lady with short black hair not sure what her name is) have no manners, rude behaviour and big lack of customer service. And not just that, in more that one occasion she is been acting racist as well, she will let foreign people wait in line and privileged those who are for her priority. That’s probably why, the few staff standing in the shop looked so depressed, probably a bad manager with them too.

   Had a lovely experience with Nicky earlier today and the lady on the till (didn’t catch her name!) staff were attentive and helpful and even ordered my mother a pair of shoes in store as they didn’t have them in stock at the time. Nicky was really on the ball, chatted to us, and was generally incredibly friendly and helpful! Thank you!

   Went into exchange or get refund. They looked online to see if they had my size and ordered me a pair. I've been in before and the staff are so friendly and helpful nice and quick and easy. Nothing's too much trouble lovely service and wen I went in the other day a young man served me called Ish he was very nice a breath of fresh air ...... thanks again Ish!!!
