I felt I was in the shop it self and getting individual attention. I did shop in Bramhall for many years and found the village a lovely place to shop. This shop is a fantastic example of the difference in service you get in a small independent shop compared to others. Went with my mum who has such a hard time finding shoes that provide enough support and can accommodate her orthotic insoles, and the customer service was outstanding. The gentleman who helped us could not have been kinder or more helpful, and had a lot of insight into what would be appropriate for Mum. We will definitely come again.
I bought trainers from this company via Amazon, and despite me having paid £75.00 for them, they arrived with a prominent scratch on the front so had to be returned! (Even although it had stated there was only one pair in stock when I bought them, immediately after I purchased them another pair in the same design and size was advertised at a cheaper price)! TWO WEEKS AFTER I had returned the substandard trainers (which tracking showed the company had received over a week before)- despite me having contacted Amazon Chat- the company had still failed to refund me for the trainers, necessitating me going through Amazon`s A-Z Guarantee for a refund for the defective trainers! I would NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND MOST CERTAINLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Very impressed by the customer service from this shop; took a pair of boots that I brought 6 months ago that I was having issues with into the shop, and was offered a full refund or exchange for a brand new pair. Will definitely be shopping here again and highly recommend!
