The food arrived 2hours and 15 minutes late, I ordered sweet and sour battery chicken, the sauce was disgusting more like a red pepper and tomato, the chicken was hard to chew.
Really enjoyed our Chinese from here last night! Chop suey and Chicken Chow Mein are good
First time we have ordered from here and we really enjoyed the chicken curry and special curry and rice. It was delivered on time , the food was delicious and the delivery man was lovely and polite. Thank you so much
First time ordering from lucky flower and we weren't disappointed, lovely food, piping hot and good value.
Ordered two portions of chicken in batter. Fried rice . Chips. And onion rings. Onion rings over cooked. Chips scratty. Chicken balls not cooked right. Batter like mush. Had stomach pains. Runs. Sickness since. Sorry but won't be using again. Orders are rushed out for delivery. Should take more time preparing the food right.
Will never ever order from Lucky Flower again! Called at 5pm to place my order, incorrect order arrived. Called to advise incorrect order, to be told I got what I asked for but the they would send a potion of rice and to hand the chips back. After 10 minutes of waiting I called ro ask where the rice was, to be told no you said chips which are on there way! I then said no the food is cold I will hand it back to the driver and want a full refund. The driver turned up and was about to give me the refund minus 2 x delivery charge. I called again to be told I had to pay delivery as this is separate to the driver not them! In the end the extremely rude argumentative lady did agree a full refund. The driver was lovely and I do hope he finds a nicer takeaway to work for very soon.. Responded to the owner as requested, and surprise surprise, the response has been ignored so I thought I would make it public to see if shames them into a response. Hello, Thank you for acknowledging my complaint. I do want to confirm that the lady in question was of Chinese origin and not the English Young lady I spoke with. I have been a loyal customer of yours for over 15 years and was very upset and annoyed with the way I was spoken with. More upsetting was the driver being caught in the middle advising he would not be paid for his two trips, despite the problem being with the Chinese lady who originally took the order incorrectly. Not to mention it was actually my birthday so I had been looking forward to enjoying the meal with my Mum all day.
Always great Food is top notch. Lovely owners and they listen to any changes.. can't fault it
Best Chinese I've had. No grease at all. 30mins from ordering to arrive. Polite driver. Would highly recommend.
Really fast delivery & nice food as long as you don’t get the fried rice… enjoyed lucky flower last time we ordered but beef & broccoli was reallllly garlicky, went for just chips, spring rolls and fried rice today and was just eating a plate of grease sadly. Upon looking at the box with the rest of the rice in it it’s so visible, made my meal inedible and has left my mouth and skin feeling horrid:( boyfriends black bean was nice but 0/5 for me sadly
