The ice creams are absolutely discussing. I can't even swallow them . I pay £4.50 for 3 little scoops and put them in the bin.
Make sure you don’t refund the food for being cold or a rather round framed gentleman will come to your door and say “give me the food, you got a refund so where’s my food?” Literally days after the fact…. Had you come the same evening I’d have the full box with the waffle in it still. Had to phone the police as he wouldn’t leave and became aggressive and threatened to defend myself if he attempted to enter my doorway again, he did so I had to physically block him while being on the phone with the police (they heard everything). Absolute mugs it’s been a while but just checked their reviews on justeat and they’re still turning up at peoples houses so you deserve a bad google review too! The manager is the most loathsome man I have ever had the displeasure of meeting…. One day you’ll mouth of to someone not as calm and respectful as myself.
We've ordered from this dessert place a couple of times now, and it's always such a lovely experience. The quality is consistently great, and everything arrives just as expected. What really stands out to me is the variety – you can choose from different types of cookie dough, a wide range of sauces, and loads of delicious toppings. There's something for everyone! My personal favourite so far has to be the brownie cookie dough with strawberries and strawberry sauce – it was absolutely amazing. The dough was perfectly gooey, the bronie added a chocolate combo without it being too much, and the freshness of the strawberries with the sweet sauce just brought it all together. Highly recommend!
Amazing service, Food is absolutely beautiful and always on time. This is the only desert place I will order from. The donuts are my favourite but we tried cookie dough and brownies. Pictures don’t do justice
Ordered it on a Sunday evening when most other food stores were closed, however they delivered it despite the long journey, and even offered to deliver food from other local stores as places around us were closed. Excellent service, despite issues with UberEats app, and the food (plus free drinks) was delicious. :)
Awful. Price on menu is one thing but when you go inside the price is doubled. They served me ice cream in front of my eyes straight out of a tesco tub. Their cookie dough was rock hard, they put it in the microwave for 1 minute and served it. They didn’t provide a lid and when I asked is their ice cream from a machine, he goes can you see a machine? One guy who looked like a trainee, went to pick up the card machine instead he picked up the milkshake jug. I then ordered a sundae, again they scooped the ice cream from tesco tubs. The sizing of their food is awful. I have a belly ache and I am traumitzed. It took me 2 seconds to eat it. I wandered when I came in they said delivery only; this is because they’re selling tescos finest. They only do deliveries for a reason!!
I ordered a tiramisu and a milkshake, they took one hour to deliver. When they did finally deliver, the delivery man was very rude and told me to cancel the order and did not give me the food I PAID FOR! Very poor customer service skills, not to mention the food is mediocre at best. Don’t order from here unless you want to be swore at by the delivery driver.
We ordered a waffle and it arrived almost after 90 mins. The waffle looked great, but the taste was not upto that mark. The waffle which anyhow should be warm, was cold. A really bad experience. Would suggest to try somewhere else. I read same reviews from others too.
I ordered a Crepe, waffle and cookie dough for us to pick up which gave us something to look forward to for dessert. Very disappointed at what we received... The cookie dough was delicious however it looked like they splattered it straight onto a bit of greaseproof paper in the box and did not look appealing giving lack on presentation. Unfortunately looking a little like sick to put it bluntly. As for the waffle it was like rock, dry and could tell it wasn't freshly made as well putting on the wrong sauce ordered which was a shame for my younger sister. Finally the Crepe was soggy/slimy due to the overuse of chocolate sauce and again looked very unappealing. Overall I think that it was massively appalling considering how much we paid for 3 items and shall not be returning again.
