   Dear Reiss, I would to report the vile , cunning & horrid behaviour from the assistant manager today. He has twice showed me disgusting & barbaric behaviour. His micro aggressions are absolutely disgraceful. I was looking at shirts on display folded& he said dont unfold them then i have to fold them back. Aswell just being very aggressive to me for no reason. Him being the assistance manager is very alarming. I hope you make a difference for us customers who love being supporting Reiss!

   In the past we have had the best service in Reiss Manchester. Today was shocking, no help from the three staff we walked past as we entered and not a smile or helpful assistant throughout our time there. I did purchase shorts but won’t be heading back in a hurry. Such as shame as the old Manager and her team a couple years back were amazing, didn’t recognise any of them today.

   Tried telephoning the store many times to discuss products and no-one answered the phone. Store is 1h+ away from home so a call would have helped to save me a journey to check if a product was available to try on.

   My husband and I came to store last weekend with our granddaughter. We have never been to Reiss before, I had not heard of it. The girl at the door greeted us and helped me find a sofa to sit while I waited for my husband to look upstairs. She let me know that I could get the escalator up and down which was nice but I sat and looked at the clothes on the ladies instead. The girls in store looked lovely. The clothing was a bit young for me but my granddaughter got a beautiful dress in the sale it was a very nice.

   There is this blonde haired, blued eyed, 5 ft 5 girl who is so rude. She acts as if she is annoyed to even speak to customers. I had such an unpleasant interaction with her at 5 pm on 19/01. Learn some manners.

   I really think that my transition in to grown up person began with my first Reiss garment. It was a crew neck jumper. Merino wool. Hand woven. Available in a variety of colours, sizes xs through xl. £74.99 and a steal at that.

   My fiance had popped in to check if they stocked any suits that didn't contain wool and the staff were absolutely brilliant! We got the most perfect suit and the staff couldn't be more accommodating and kind. They really care about their customers and making sure everything is perfect for them. After we mentioned the suit was for our wedding, they offered us a discount. Fabulous service and we will be back in the future :) (P.S I'm sorry I forgot your name but the male manager was so lovely and I hope you enjoy your US trip this year)

   I can't say enough good things about this store. I've been going here for years, and apart from the quality, the one thing which has been stand-out consistent is the friendliness and warmth of the staff. I have always been treated well by the guys and girls at this store, but this reached all new levels of excellent customer service in the lead up to my wedding. The service was incredible, the little extras were hugely appreciated and their interest was always genuine. I'll be continuing to visit monthly/weekly if budget allows!
